Creole Trilogy of Utterances

When you cheat on your "FEARS"
This will allowed you to be broken from your "DOUBTS:
Then you can have the freedom to become engaged to; and embrace "FAITH"
This shall open the door to confirm and/or cement the date for "MARRYING"
Results/Outcome: creating the opportunity for "Dreams" to become "REALITY"
Put in another context>
Summation: Fears>Doubts=thus Creates,"FAITH", which lends itself to making 'Dreams' a "REALITY"

Be Careful of the "WORDS" we use^
The tongue can be a dangerous weapon such as one that cuts like a two edge sword.
It can be a tool that is very useful-productive or it can be somewhat destructive
Let's eer on the side of "edification" and encouragment
Use words that will:
>help dreams become a reality
>give hope
>cause renewal of dreams...
>develop-bolster -enhance & augment aspirations
>create a place of 'trust' where the utterance of 'safe" is a must

Feel His Presence:
When you do the appropriate thing
Then you will know and feel his 'presence'
It's a must to 'pactice his presence' at all times
Which will have a manifestation of affirming that no matter what happens...
You and God together can handle whatever it is that gets in the way...Amen...

75th Birthday Gala-Johnnie's-Trip to Paradise

Friends, family, and fellow board members of LCDC gathered at "Chateau Bu-sche' to celebrate the birthday of Ms Johnnie Sun 12/18/11-who reached the ripe age of 75 years young. It was indeed, a "Gala Affair". Johnnie's theme was appropriately titled: "A Trip To Paradise", and it was nothing less. Those of us in attendance sip, feast, taste, and some had the pleasure to boast and proclaim of knowing Johnnie on a more deeper level. The friends who took to the podium to edify Johnnie were many, and had the dubious distinction to select from an array of complimentary words to laud, appluad, and heap accolades upon her. Such words as 'faithful', 'honesty', 'courageous', to name a few, were interpolated and some even ventured in the genre of the process of 'exegesis' as demonstrated by a close friend in the person of Rev Charlene Porter. Other noteabe presence and sightings of VIP's were Kim Jackson, Pastor Phil, Pat Herrod, Former Cook County Commissioner Bobbie Steele, Mr & Mrs Little, Pastor Saffore and his wife and, of course, yours truly-was in the crowd too. when Johnnie stood and  strolled to the podiom she began with the pronouncement and utterance of what she was 'Thankful' for. The words that fell from her lips and rang out clearly and distinctly were; "I am..Because; you are, that make me forever thankful. In the middle of her speech, she used these words: "I dream big dreams, and-through the many accompolishments-I am still amazed at the awesome God we serve". In her concluding comments, I was also struct by these profound words: "You are, Because I was, and God still is...What a great evening to spend with such an honorable person as Johnnie., we are all blessed and better people because our path has crossed the path of the Journey where Johnnie has trod...amen...

What it means to be Thankful or to be Grateful

If you are "Thankful" you may be touched or impressed with a sense of kindness received, from another, and is ready to acknowledge it, and to be "Grateful" for it.

If you have a desire to be "Grateful". It could be directly cause by a  sense of benefits received. An affirming pleasure, that is pleasing to the senses. Something that is held in high esteem; it may be or could be very gratifying.

Food is grateful to the taste of the palate. We are grateful for getting enough sleep, nightly.

Poetic sharing
"Be Thankful"
Be thankful for difficult times-it's during such times when you grow
Be thankful for limitations-this give you an opportunity to improve
Be thankfl for new challenges-builds character and gives strength
Be thankful for mistakes-it teaches you valuable lessons (many lessons learned on the way to the blessings)
Be thankful for good things-a life of rich full fillment comes to those of us who are thankful for the set-backs.

Another Day-A New Chance-To Begin Again...

I implore you to seize the moment each new day-that The Lord has made.
Be excited! about your future and the future of others you may have touched.
Don't allow self to look back on yesteryear-that may have memories to cause grief and disdain.
That time has come and gone by the wayside....it's recorded in the historic archives.

Dont worry be happy! rather than be perplexed or harbor ill; or troubled; feelings
You may not know what the future holds-it has not yet come...
But what is known, is "who' holds the future.

Strive to live your lfe in the midst of the "here and now"
Take the opportunity and every effort to know and understand what "to-be-present' means.
Make it such a beautiful experiential encounter-that it shall be worth it to have a reflective recall.
A sort of rec-collected happening that shall capture and 'seize the moment' of the pass, present, and the future-for generations yet to come.

Humility is of the essence of life-it all about being "authentic'

We hear the word humility talked about in many circles of influence, in particularly, the faith-based community. However, we all must take careful precausion to practice the deeds and action of being humble. Particuarly men and women of the cloth, myself included. For example, we as clergy students, ministers, pastors and/or learned scholars should not let ourselves be caught grading how well you do when you speak. We are not our masters, not our own professors, and definitely not our own grader. A servant stands or falls to his/her own master, Paul said in Romans 14:4, "Since we are not our own masters, we are not qualified to judge ourselves".

We are to trust him (God), not even our own time in study, the master of the languages we think we know, the degrees we hold, or our reputation. None of these things matters, because they do not change the hearts of peope or the struggles they may face in life-during the daily walk on the journey of life. The advent of teaching and preaching-it is the working of the "holy spirit" we are only the messenger-the instrument to be used for God to speak through. It's not about none of us. But more about giving glory and honor to God, in the name of Jesus.

Trust him, when you do you'd be surprised what he can do with nothing..!He inspired a nation with a sheperd boy and a sling shot, he used a not to well spoken man to out smart a reigning king in Egypt, he parted the red sea, with an old man holding a rod,he fed thousands with only a little boy's  lunch, he inspired millions with a widow's tiny offeing.

He can probably do some miracelous things with me, with you , all of us! All we need do is be willing
to let him used us for his glory, praise his name! prasie his holy name...!!! Amen

Biblical boundaries of the-First People-In The Garden-Easteward of Eden

In Genesis 2:10-14, The exact passage is given of the physical boundaries of the Garden location: Eastward of Eden. The names of the four rivers are noted: Pishon, Gihon (blue & white Nile), Hiddekel (Tigris) and the Euphrates. The Nile is the longest river system in the world. The early civilization was born along the banks of this river in Eqypt. The Tigris river is at AZ Qurnak, Iraq about 120 miles from the Persian Gulf. The Euphrates rises in the mountains of Turkey and runs southeast through the great plains of Syria in Iraq. Early scholars & historians have erroneously called the Mesopotamian basin the "Cradle of Civilization" It is also referred to as the "Fertile Crescent". Most contemporary maps of Africa show only the main body of continent with Suez Canal being its northern border. However, prior to the building of the Suez Canal (1859-1869). Africa perhaps extended to the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers. During that time this Region was landlocked with the main continent. Ancient caravans once sojourn these regions by foot (Gen 46:)

Also biblical historical accounting denotes that the original people who inhabited the land of this region were of Ebony Hue-black Africans and the mix stock of Afro-Asiatics. Hence the origin of mankind.

Even today, contemporary scholars verify that the "First People" of the Earth were of African descent. Scientific evidence has recently revealed that the earliest findings indicate that Eve lived in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The great  legendary Anthropologist/Paleologist-Louis S.B. Leaky point some of this out in his early discoveries of fossil remains of man found in Eastern Africa.

The Road Gets better....

The significance can begin with  "The Book of Numbers" in the O.T. Bible. It is so named because it records several occasions where people were counted or numbered. In the Hebrew title, the first word in the Hebrew text, means"In the wilderness". This book relates the earliest experiences of  the people of Israel who were under theocracy rule. When the people were obedient to God they enjoyed his blessings and protection. But their disobedience drew his ire and brought his judgment. A large portion of time that the people spent wandering in the wilderness is recorded in the historic annuals of the book of numbers.

THE ROAD GETS BETTER...
However, keys and tools must be in place. The process of redemption is made possible through the connection of the sphere of five (5). So let's begin to denote the life application process:
1. Father
2. Son
3. Holy Spirit
4. Creation
5. Redemption
After one obtains, hold the understanding of; and grasp; an appreciation for the process of  the fore mentioned. Then it will be an opportune time to have a teachable moment for the meaning the biblical numbers of one-to-five
#1 .symbol of unity
#2. man's fall; oppression, opposition, a fundamental idea of division of differences
#3. the trinity (Father, Son & The Holy Ghost)
#4. man's vanity, his weakness; his helplessness, his arrogance, his stupidity...
#5. is the number of Grace=David chose 5 smooth stones to slay the giant Goliath
It is important and worthy to note: The 5 smooth stones that David chose-he only used one. Signifying the "power-of-one" that thought and gesture was sufficient to conquer the biggest and mightiest foe-Goliath. In the aftermath of the process, David in his "perfect weakness' was enhanced, empowered, and made to be catapulted into a "divine strength". It is now known, that David had fore-knowledge of "the presence of the Lord" which made him stronger in his weakness than all the armor Saul could provide.

THE ROAD GETS BETTER...

When creation came under the curse (Adam disobedience in the Garden of Eden) there he was "made subject to vanity". However, as God would have it in his plan, for man, who was of his creation. It would be that God decreed it, that man would be redeemed, re-connected, and restored to have a right relationship with him. That right relationship is part and parcel of the sphere of five (5) Father, Son, Holy Ghost, Creation and Redemption. Amen....

Life: Enduring it-to get beyond the Adversitities

Life may not be about expecting or waiting for the "storm" to pass..
But more about-"how to dance in the rain"

Its not that we don't have ups and downs in the daily walk of life
we may even face tough challenges of trials & tribulation
that may propel us to feel in-adequate or possibly sorry for self

Life is about growth, development and reaching full potential
So, let give credence to take responsibility with action steps
that will indeed, get us beyond the adversity of life

It may prove to be just what we need for dealing with "warfare' like encounters
This could-if you allow it; be the defining moment or the refining time of life
Resulting in being equipped, being empowered, and readied for the "purpose"
that God has pre-ordained for your life

THE "LOGOS" WORD

In his birth, life, early church history, and in his death and resurrection-how is Jesus the "Logos Word"?
In the Hebrew thought the "Logos"-it  is personal. Jesus indeed; had the power of unity, coherence, and purpose. However,  the distinctive point is that the biblical "Logos" is a He, not an it.

In the translation of the "Logos"  great philosopher's has made many attempts to translate the "Logos" as logic, an act, or a deed or other sorts of things-all of which are inadequate in definition.

The apostle John declared and/or proclaimed; in one of his  inspired Utterances: "The word became flesh... "
No other English word has been able to capture the fullness of Apostle John's "Logos" .When the Apostle declared: "The word became flesh"..in the Gospels... The word indeed; became flesh and dwelt among us. The Logos word does include action. The Logos is the eternal word-in-action. It is the epitome of the divine; acting in creation, redemptive and coherent ways.

It has the propensity to be eternal with the temporal, the infinite, with the finite, and the unconditioned, with the conditioned.

As the word became flesh, in the genre of the "Logos" . It becomes the cosmic Christ entering all of humanity.
It is the Supreme moment of visitation of the presence of the trinity. The essence of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Such as the Apostles experienced in the Upper Room on the Day-of-Pentecost, immediately after Jesus went back up to Heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father.

Words of comfort: "The voice that cry out in the wilderness" Isaiah 40;3

What is the essence of crying out in the wilderness? What comfort can be derived from such an utterance?
What of the outcome of such proclamation of words?

The cry out, is deferring to the power of a higher authority. The comforter  is being aware of help that can come from a source greater than self. It has the propensity to make straight the road in a  "dessert of the wilderness". A wilderness that can become a pathway to exalt valleys; make mountain and hills lower; crooked road to be made straight, and make rough spots smoother.

The clincher is the source of your "Strength". That being said, even the strongest of us get tired at times, but the power of a higher authority and strength never diminish. The youth who is full of vigor shall faint and be weary, young men shall ultimately fall; but those who wait on the Lord; shall "renew their strength". Albeit, as we mount-up and soar like eagles. When we do, one shall run; and not be weary, and one shall walk, and not be faint.

Never become too tired or too busy to listen and help others. Always be aware to know who is your source of strength, and most importantly; where it comes from. When life is closing in or crushing you and you cannot seem to find or go another step. Remember, you need only knock, seek or ask, and it shall be given to you. And when you do just that-the annuals of the channels of the source of power shall be available to you. Through that process; God can renew your 'Strength". This will translate to the "words of comfort"-that is the ultimate comforter...

OBEY: Where are you not obeying God?

How do you start obeying:
It might be acknowledging and confessing your sins
It may be reconciling with self and others

Where are you not "Obeying?"
Is it "Forgiveness?"
Is it "Pride" or "Cavalier Arrogance?"
Is it "Destruction" of others and relationships. When you do it to the least of these....

On-Point Insights: To Obey is better than Sacrifice...

On-Point Insights: To Obey is better than Sacrifice...: "In the old Testament Bible it grieved Samuel heart that King Saul was disobedient to God. Because Saul did not obey God, and even lied about..."

To Obey is better than Sacrifice...

In the old Testament Bible it grieved Samuel heart that King Saul was disobedient to God. Because Saul did not obey God, and even lied about it-which rendered it a "Sin".  And so; God regret that he had made Saul a King. You see In the context that Saul committed the "Sin"; he did not follow God's Instructions. Which means he missed the mark. He did not do the things that God decreed him to do. God said, "It repenteth me" causing him to regret the favor  Kingship bestowed upon Saul. (1 Sam 15:10-12)

In building the Kingdom of God. You shant not build a monument unto your self; but do it; in Honor of God.
Now, we all sin and fall short of the glory of God. We are just sinners but for his "Grace" we are saved. If you should sin, and we all do; its important not to hide it. Whatever, is done in darkness; will eventually come the the light. And if you think nobody will know, if you hide it from others-just remember God always know.

To love God is to obey him, his will, his ways, and his desires. The goal is; always obey what we know. We are creatures of habit. We don't always obey what we know. When we know better-we should better. When we don't there is consequences for our sins. In the end, obedience is more than sacrifice.

We need not think about doing any heavy physical things for God. What God wants: Is for us to to listen for his instructions and to obey them, in doing so; we obey him.
The results shall be: God revealing himself to us-for a deeper and better relationship with him

Resurrection Celebration is Here!!! "He Has Risen, and is He "Alive!!!"

Have you had the pleasure to experience Jesus in the daily faith walk of your Life? Are you enjoying a relationship with The Father, in the name of Jesus?
That inquiring statement is a subtle but intentional exclamation and/or proclamation of the Resurrection-and what most of us refer to as: Easter, which is a Pagan expression for the Resurrection. Meaning: he has "Risen" and is 'Alive!'

At this juncture in ancient time, it had been almost two months since the crucifixion of Jesus, two months since Mary's Little Baby Boy, God's only begotten Son; had been executed by the Roman Soldiers. Many did not believe in Jesus as a Messiah and the Savior. To them he was nothing more than a momentary blimp on the screen of time; another religious fanatic; who had come and gone. Pilate washed his hands of taking any responsibility for the death of Jesus. The Pharisees were glad to get rid of him. The masses of people no longer cared because he was not the political leader they had hoped for; this view was even pervasive among some of the his disciples who walked with him on a daily basis. In  spite of the fact that they witness first hand, the healing, signs, wonders, and manifestation of miracles.

Yet when Peter and John came to town; in hind sight; it did not take them long, to have a realization they had been with Jesus, the only Begotten Son of God. Who indeed, was the Messiah-the one that was sent to save, redeem, and restore man in a right relationship with God-The-Father.

After Jesus rose form the tomb, went to greet them, and ascended up to Heaven. One could see from the countenance on these men faces, which had a "Radiance of Jesus". So much so; one could a felt presence of Jesus as it was all around, and in was also in the resonance and intonation of their voices.

Jesus was a remarkable person in the flesh, and also in the Deity  of the spirit-a duality personification by God almighty. His persona was; and is; the epitome of a model that Jesus hoped  we as followers would emulate on our faith journey. Jesus always took the time to give attention to; and comfort individuals.

As you read the N.T. Gospels-and witness them unfold. Here you see the numerous encounters Jesus had with people on the wayside of his earthen journey. He was never too big; too burdened, nor was he ever too busy to encounter, encourage, touch or heal individuals. For example; the lame man at the temple gate, the woman with the issue of blood, Dorcas  daughter, or the woman at the well.

If we are to be genuine Jesus followers-it is imperative that we mirror his vision. Whose telescopic view took in the whole world. And his microscopic in-sight included all mankind-it was an inclusive aberration. His view of the world was not; monoscopic but rather Kaleidoscopic-he saw everything all at the same time.

Jesus' Proclaimed to Apostle Paul, "My Grace Is Sufficient!!"....

When apostle Paul was experiencing, what he called: A thrown in his side. He asked Jesus to remove it.
It seems that Paul was very anxious to get it done, so he kept asking Jesus. He did so; several times.
When Jesus finally answered, these were the words: Paul, don't you know my Grace is Sufficient!!!

What exactly did Jesus mean? How do you think Paul comprehended the answer?
Well, I want to share some insights upon the situation. While in Seminary, we spent and in ardent amount
of time learning to "Exegete" words of the biblical text. Which translate to the ultimate interpretation of words and passages of scripture.

When Jesus made the statement: "My grace is sufficient". He was relating to the capacity of his power indwelt in him by God Almighty. The sufficiency proclamation means: My power has been made perfect for you.

Just know that God's power, in the name of Jesus, is almighty, everlasting and forever.

In the sufficiency genre, it is not just enough, but more-than-enough, it is in the "Land of Plenty"
God always have our best interest at heart; because he knows us best, he is our manufacturer, that right ,
he made us in his image and after his likeness. God is our King-The King of Glory!!
Just who is this King of Glory?. He is the Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. The Lord of hosts, he is, The King of Glory (Psalm 24:8-10)

Some Elements of "Mentorship" for youth & young adults

As we come along side to connect, and touch our youths and young adults in positive ways. Its important that all understanding on both sides is shared for "raising the bar results" We must delve into the Physical, Social, Spiritual, and wisdom aspects of life's developmental attributes and depth of  dimensions
>Physical-impact the Bodies
>Social-statue of the well of the young people
>Wisdom-fortify the neutron of  the brain to equipped and empower the minds
>Spiritual-embrace the minds to indwell the spirit for inner peace, serenity and contentment

Samuel did not immediately recognized the "Voice of The Lord"

The Lord called Samuel several times, while he was asleep, and each time he thought it was Eli So he went and said to Eli, "here, I am" And in each instance Eli said to him. It was not I, who called you. (Samuel 1:13-17). The bible teaches us to get  wisdom and knowledge and in all our getting-to get an understanding. The truth of the matter is; that we must also seek to have the gift and awareness of "recognition" and comprehension of what  means to be 'obedient' to God, and also ask God, through the medium of prayer for the 'spirit of Discernment". The advent of "Discernment" is very special relative to a complete understanding of God's will, ways, and desires; in the sense of divine understanding.
In essence it is an "astute understanding"-in the genre of  clearness, and the ultimate truth of the God, for the up-building of his kingdom.

Through "faith" we grow in statue and experience the "favor" of the Lord

We do not prevail with strength but it is by "Faith"
Hannah the wife of a King had a 'sorrowful spirit' because her womb was closed and she could not bare a child. So she prayed to God for a child. God blessed her to give birth to a son. She named him Samuel. It was due to her devout spirit in God through the medium of prayer. (I Samuel 1st, 2nd and 3rd chapters).
Through faith we grow in statue, and experience the "favor" of the Lord. Hannah after giving birth to Samuel, also dedicated him back to God. The essence and premise by which we sprinkle a "new born baby" with water in a traditional baptismal or christening worship service ceremony.

THE SECRET-What is it?

When we search the annuals of history we find that "great wisdom" in many instances come from our ancestors and fore-parents. They were the pioneers and trailblazers. They were destined to dare and dis-regard "the not to go" message; and went on anyway; to where no one had  ever gone before. A void existed, it was a  'wilderness world' there were no trails, there were no roads. It was their quest to carve out that original trail for themselves and others, and also to leave a luminous path for all of us to follow. In regards to the 'Real Secret'; there is good news, and the good news is..."The moment you decide that what you know is more important than what you have been taught to believe; congratulations!! you will have shifted gears in your quest for abundance and to realize that success comes from within, not from without." Ralph Waldo Emerson 1803-1882. Key words to note is "Abundance and Success".

The opposite of abundance is, not enough, but inherit in Abundance is, "More Than Enough". If you have knowledge of anyone who have achieved a "measure of success"-then your innate wisdom tells you-many failures ensued before the plateau of success was experienced. We must not be anxious, there is such a thing as, "failing your way to the top". The struggles, the conflicts, the challenges; surely shall follow you in the quest to be accomplished, go on  to be legendary, or even to attain the level of greatness.

Martin Luther King came to experience and know; of such a wilderness trail in the throes of civil the rights movement during the 60's all across America, and indeed the Nation and the World. President Kennedy, was uniquely aware of this; in his quest to become the first Roman Catholic Commander-in-Chief of the United States of America as he had the arduous task of dealing with Castro of Cuba-in the "bay of Pigs" incident In reflection, I am reminded of his now famous comment,  "Its not what your country can do for you, but rather what you can do for your country". Winston Churchill the elder statesman from the United Kingdom of great Britain, he was bemused and articulate and very helpful during the War of the World Powers. His eloquent statesman efforts were noted when he was recognized by the Nobel Peace Prize leaders. I remember, my grandmother, better known as "Big Momma" in the Deep South during the Jim Crow era-an apressive

Of The Three Types of Arthritis-The Most Common is....

There are three types of "Arthritis" namely, Osteoarthritis (OA), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Ankylosing Spondylitis Arthritis (AS). OA affects over 27 million Americans, women are the most highly affected (women 18 %, men 9.6 %). RA affects approx 1.3 million Americans, women being the most affected. AS affects approx 350,000 Americans. I was personally diagnosed with OA over four years ago. Therefore, I will begin with my personal experiential encounter with the "OsteoArthritis" disease. My entire body, at first, seemed to be affected. It was very scary!!, in that, I had no idea what was happening to me. My body was racked with chronic pain. The most painful area of my body was my hands, fingers, wrists, shoulders, lower back, knees, legs, ankles and feet. During a period of time (several weeks) I was rendered immobile; I simply could-not-walk. I sought several opinions, but to no avail. It was not until I decided to go the Hines Veterans Hospital, where a battery of test was conducted over several months. After submitting to the myriad of laboratory test and examinations, I finally received an audience with a Dr. of Rhumatology. It was after that in-depth discussion and more battery of lab test-for the diagnosis determination

Kudoos & Accolades: Valued Customer Service Lady @PatentHealth

Its not often that you get to sing the praises of someone who has helped you solve, what may have been  considered a debacle, dilemma, mitigating and/or a grave challenge. Not to mention possible added cost and terms of shipment; of a product that would have been cost prohibited for me.When I called PatentHealth Early yesterday morning, I found myself facing such and ordeal. However, the person on the other end of the telephone was totally committed and determined to help me get through the process. And I may also add, she had to put me on hold several times (which I didn't mind, as she kept apologizing) while trying to work out favorable terms that, I the customer, would be happy and pleased with. I won't go into the specific details, But it did involve a credit card I once use that is now compromised. But after conferring with the young lady about several approaches, which seemly would not be favorable, she put me on hold, once more. However, when she return to resume the conversation, to my delight, she had a different solution, to the debacle, and dilemma than  we had previously discussed. To her credit, and I imagine; through very deliberate, intentional, and diligent advocacy initiatives-the solution she now had for me was good and acceptable. And I might add, I was a very happy camper. Just want to say to whomever, the supervisor is for "Geralyn" She is a credit to your organization. I am singing praises on her behalf.  I would anoint her as "Employee of the Year". She deserves a raise in salary. (LOL)

The Words of the People of God-Earthquake Calamity-Japan & San Fran

The people of God presently, and in ancient times; were, responsible for the emergence, formulation, exegesis and transmission of biblical scripture, inspired by the Holy Spirit, their words, although divinely inspired, are human and infallible. Almost always; the questions arise in their minds. Asking God, the questions of "why?, where"?, how can we cope?, what can we do?, Such questions arose during the Earthquake in Japan & San Francisco.

In the "words of God, for the people of God. The nature and character of God is an enigma.
Isaiah 55:6,8, "Seek the Lord while he is near..For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways, my ways, said the LORD" Exegesis: God is not planning to move away from us, but we often move far away from God. We often put a barrier between ourselves and him. In the genre of the nature and character of God. Our minds are "finite" (limited with boundaries) but God's mind is "Infinite" (limitless, no boundaries, he can do anything but fail)
You see our minds can never begin to fathom the awesomeness of God. His plans are not what we the people, of God would work out. Neither do we the people; have the capacity to comprehend God's thoughts, will, ways or desires. But we can do as Proverbs 3:5 says to us, "Trust in the Lord with all out heart an lean not to our own understanding .."
The bible which the inspired writers produced, is therefore indispensable for worship, discipleship, theologizing and praising the Lord. Under the guidance of the divine order of God , and the Holy Spirit. We the people of God can exegete, take responsibility for interpreting and applying it to our daily lives during this spiritual walk . And that is the "word of God-for the people of God.

Wisdom is Priceless-It can be found in "The Word of God"

Just What is this, "Word of God"?
Well, in the Bible, the Psalmists and writers with inspired wisdom tells us; that it flows from the exile and beyond to reach a climax with God's perfect revelation of the coming of Jesus of Nazareth, whose life, death and resurrection are foretold in the 4 Gospels of the New Testament Bible (Matthew, Mark, Luke & John). The New Testament unequivocally affirm that God was uniquely involved in the stream of biblical history to manifest his presence, (make known) his power, and his purpose in the world. And to achieve human salvation. For this reason, and due to this evidence; from the inspired psalmists and writers of wisdom. Ostensibly, bare witness of the writings and the evidence of signs, wonders, healing and miracles performs by Jesus during the first coming, as God's affirmation and self-revelation. This can be genuinely called the "word of God".
Proverbs 3:5, informs us: {paraphrasing} Trust in God with all our heart, mind and soul, and lean not to your own understanding...meaning, never tire of loyalty and kindness; hold these virtues tightly; write them deep within your heart. If you desire favor with God and man, and a reputation for good judgment and common sense, then you must trust the Lord completely. In all that you do; put God first. He shall order your steps and direct your path and crown your efforts with success. God Bless you

Senior Citizen Drove New Corvette Convertible...

Just turning 65 years old and being revered as a "Senior Citizen" Jack bought a new Corvette Convertible to celebrate.
Upon making the acquisition he took of f  driving 80 mph, enjoying the scenery of nature as he motored down the Expressway. Amazing,!!! he thought to himself as he sped down 1-94 pushing the pedal to 95 mph. He looked in his rear view mirror and observed a State Trooper behind him with flashing lights and the siren blasting!!

HE PUT HIS FOOT TO THE PEDAL  UP TO 100 MPH, THEN 110MPH AND 120 MPH. Suddenly he thought, why am I doing this-this is insane, I'm too old for this sort of thing. So he pulled over and waited for the Trooper to approach him.

The Trooper pull in behind him, walked up to the Corvette, look at his watch and said, "Sir, my shift ends in 30 minutes, Today is Friday, and, If you can give me one reason for speeding, that I've never heard before, I Will Let You Go!!. "
THE SENIOR GENTLEMAN, PAUSED FOR A MINUTE...THEN HE SAID...
"YOU KNOW OFFICER, YEARS AGO, MY WIFE RAN OFF WITH A STATE TROOPER,
AND I THOUGHT YOU MIGHT BE BRING HER BACK TO ME."

THE STATE TROOPER, SIMPLY REPLIED, YOU HAVE A NICE DAY AND HE WENT BACK ,GOT IN HIS VEHICLE, AND DROVE AWAY....(LOL) Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Haaaaaaa.....

Uplifting & Inspirational Utterances_Just Wanna Thank You....

We should not wait to call on God when we get in trouble, or just on special occasions. We must wanna thank him right now...! This is an anytime approach to be thankful and to commune with him in all that we do:
"Oh great, wise and just God, I wanna thank you right now! God, I just wanna thank you right now; for all that I am, and all that I am, yet to become;

I'm not gonna wait; until I understand every experience in my life; that cause me pain and long suffering; heart ache and  grief; I just wanna thank you, right now. When I'm in the dessert of the "valley of life"; in the midst of dilemma, doubt, and despair, but in spite of it all, I believe there is "good news" to which I say, "Hallelujah!", I just wanna take the time to thank you right now! I see your "Legion of Angels being dispatched, right now..to come as avenging covenant protectors, and I wanna thank you, right now! In your shroud of  sovereignty; I revere you as the provider of every need we may have to be met, for that I wanna thank you, right now!. The Holy of Holiest; I thank you, in the name of Jesus The Christ, I thank you!!!
Amen.....

The Benefits of "MEDITATION"

The question is often asked, "does meditation have any benefits, if so, can they be measurable in some way?. The answer is in the affirmative. The effectual practice of meditation can have powerful effects and positive impact on the human body, mind, and soul (spirit). There are stories and testimonies about tried and proven ways of how to 'let go, and let God' take control and have his way with us. Meaning, we must be completely resolved to "surrender all to him", his will, his ways, and the totality of all desires to him-our Creator.

In the process of undertaking such bold surrendering steps; realizing that you are giving into, the powerful mind-body healing dynamic. A trans formative dynamic, contrary to some belief, does not take a lot of  energy.

Because, of the DNA that is already inherit within the human body. There is a biblical passage in the Old Testament book of Genesis which reveals, paraphrasing; we are made in his image and after his likeness. One may consider this to be a 'genetic heritage' of sorts. For certain, it is part and parcel of one's Spiritual Dimension. The cause and effect is; when God created humankind; he made sure that we were equipped with the appropriate attributes and proper embodied ingredients. And we were configured to be a teachable creature, panoplies with the proclivity for empowerment suitable for work in the Kingdom of God.

Therefore, meditation can be viewed and/or considered to be an approach for a type of self-help initiative. Albeit, somewhat hold the propensity to produce and make manifest-changes that can be measured in the lives of human beings. In other words, when a person perhaps; by happenstance, take the opportunity to have a few sessions of meditation training. And immediate thereafter; pursue a visit to a research laboratory to practice meditation. And summarily during the research practice-have the results measured by the meditation instrument and/or apparatus. The could culminate into the following benefits:

>positive changes in breathing approach
>improvement in blood chemistry
>brain waves sensitivity and activity improvements
>positive response to stress: diminished /and or a better managed approach
>feelings and emotions of a sense of spiritual centering, and balance
>a dimensional groundedness of sorts
>peace of mind, inner peace, and a sense of contentment

All of the aforementioned, would be readily available to view and/or observed from the countenance of a person and from an instrumentation apparatus that meters or measured-as a monitoring tool. These are a few ways for a tried and proven analysis to be evaluated and recorded. which lends itself to significant recorded beneficial results that's measured in the practice of  the meditation process. In addition, some of the majors reasons of discovery, in the process of meditation are that; the methods of accomplishment is both "instinctive" and "natural"

All due in part, to when a person meditates-their "consciousness of thoughts" begins to access the body's own built-in ability to heal itself. This is largely done as the body tune itself to the action and process, instinctly righting; what is wrong with totality of the body metabolism.

These actions within the metabolism allows the body to enter a stage or a phase known as, "relaxation-response-based-intervention. An approach that has measured such results as:
A. diminished pain-causing reduced HMO or personal physician visits
B. higher percentages (up to 80.0%) of lowered blood pressure in hypertensive patients
C. underserved youths and young adults, experienced improved grades, increased work habits, a higher level of cooperation, and decreased school absences
D. open heart surgery patients had fewer post-operative complications
E. students, high school & college levels, experienced significant increased self-esteem

Thoughts for the Day

The blood of Jesus is not only, substantive, objective and cleansing for our sins, but the blood is also subjective for our sins as well. The blood of the lamb-its indeed, among all else, cleansing for all that ails us.
It is inherit in the incarnate: The Lord is Omnipotent>The Cross and the Blood bears major significance in the life of all of humanity.

Jesus did not; does not; nor will he come; to condemn, but to teach and correct...the correction-of-thoughts
>he orders our steps
>He directs our path
>he reveals our purpose
>he enhance, inspire and augment our passion

Ultimately, it is the steps unto our path that shall give impetus to see clearly beyond the horizon.
He exposes Satan-the Devil for who he is: It shows that Satan always loses-even when he thinks
he has won. It confirms that God is...the one who has translated the Kingdom of Darkness, into
the Kingdom of Light, and no one can stand against him, not even the devil. who once was one of his avenging angels, prior to falling from the presence of God. So, I say to you: "Be strong in the Lord and in his
mighty power", Put on the full armor God. (Ephesians 6:10-11)

8 Foods That will Diminish "Colds" and Minimize the 'Flu'

In order to stay healthy and fit we must practice a consistently healthier lifestyle. What with the winter season upon us-we need to take extra precautions. And for as long as the "cold weather" persists, Americans, and people of the nation, and the world, must adhere to; and pay close attention toward eating good habits for the body to be healthy. The consumption of vitamin "C" is of particularly importance in that regard. We all know that when we take and maintain enough vitamin C in the immune system-it minimizes the chances of getting and/or being sick with a cold or contracting the flu. That being said, it is vitally important to take vitamin C in spades during the winter season. The benefits derived: vitamin C, not only, fortify the immune system, but it also help to repair the body tissues, and it create the opportunity to help one to heal better and much faster.

The question becomes, well just how much vitamin C should I take daily?. Good, I am glad you asked, according to the National Institute of Health, women between 19 years and older should consume 75 mg per day, men dosage or consumption should be, at least, 90 mg per day. Hold on, I know what you are thinking, most supplement are from 250, 500, or 1000 mg per capsule or tablet. Which is essentially too much. And you take too much, there might be a slight chance of making oneself sick, right?. The answer is yes.

There is a solution, and it is eating the right nutritional foods that contains natural vitamin C. We have done the research for you. Per the standards set by the US Dept of Agriculture Nutrient Database, the 8 great foods that are full of vitamin C nutrients are as follows:

1. Orange Juice,a gold std. drink 6-8 oz per day, contain 392 mg
2. Frozen Peaches, has up to 235 mg, you can eat pieces through-out the day
3. Strawberries, frozen or fresh, cup sliced, put in smoothie, cut up in salads, contains 106 mg
4. Pine Apples Juice, 6-8 oz per day, contains 115 mg

6. Super V8-low sodium, 6-8 oz per day, 300 mg
7. Broccoli, a cup chopped, steamed, or sauteed w/carrots & red potatoes, contains 101 mg-good for the heart, eyes, and it fortifies the metabolism against colds and the flu
8. Brussels Sprouts, a cup, 97 mg, they are considered king, can fill you up and satisfy the appertite more than any other veggies

Note: If you like fresh red peppers-add to soups, salads for great flavoring & taste an enhancement 4 U.
You are set to move forward-in very healthy ways. Therefore, you go forth, prepare, eat, and do so, without any lack of vitamin "C"
The above approach to preparing and eating healthy foods consists of a good healthy mix of fruits, vegetables, and delicious juices. This provides the opportunity for one to create their own selection and mix of fresh , natural vitamins and nutrients.Your body will love you for it-and you will learn to love it too-in-the-end.

Be Resolve to utter the words-"I Shall, I Will, I Must"

In Life; it is important to note: that if you intend to be positioned, to come along side others to help them, then you Shall, you Will, and you Must, embrace the art and practice of  "preparedness". Moreover, as you walk, think, and operate in that consciousness be aware of these indelible utterances:

I Must, I Will, I Shall be Resolve:
>to be strong in the face of weakness
>to be brave in the face of fear
>its a must to persist in the face of failure...
>I am resolve to stand again no matter how many times I fall
>there is no other option!!
>I shall follow my path no matter how often I lose my way
>I must live my dream no matter what obstacles stand before me
>I am resolve to "trust in God"
>I am resolve to be mighty, equipped and empowered
>I am resolve to be bold-in him
>I am resolve to be steadfast...
I am grateful to him for all that I am...
And for for all-that I am yet to become
I thank him for who; and whom; I am, and whose I belong to...

For it is; of the goodness of the great, "I am"...
Albeit, I am made in his likeness-I am; yet evolving..
To reach my fullest potential-while working in my purpose;
As I am-yet becoming...all I am intended to be...
As I go forth!, Yes it is he; who is sending me forth..
While, I'm still yet, committed and focused on kingdom things
The goal is within my grasp-as I am going forth-buttress with "inspired persistence"

Walk into your season, sometimes boldly,,other times gently

In due season, we all have a reason to walk into our season. And its ok to do it without fear. When we do, we learn how to grow, develop, and maturate. Yes, you will encounter spiritual warfare on the sojourn. Not to fear, but move steadfast to overcome, as you are challenged, while experiencing the "valley of life" encounters. I know we all look forward to that mountain top encounter. But it shall be the valley of life experience, that will refine, equip, and empower you to meet the many obstacles and conflict that await you on the journey. We know that God may not always be early, but nor is he never late. The comforter, though, is whenever he comes, he's always on time. All the blessings we yearn and thirst for; will come to us; when we learn to, "have faith" while we wait.

When you, I, we, are lost and discouraged
And there seem to be no hope in sight;
We must turn our cares and concerns to the God of our heart;
And his love will let the "spirit" take flight.

We as a people-need to curtail the rhetoric that may lead to violence

You know, in the genre of biblical Hermeneutics it is revealed that each of us, if we have any semblance of faith and are genuinely conscious, and concerned, about humanity. We should practice the art of exiting for others. And for that, an abundance of blessings shall be bestowed upon the faithful ones. That being said, its so very important for those-who are highly visible and is considered to be respected, revered, perceived leaders; to make the attempt and the appearance to be responsible citizens. Therefore, it becomes incumbent upon the highly visible perceived leaders, to be cosign ant of what is said and/or done in public view for the sake of all humanity. It becomes imperative for leaders, whether local, regional, national, or international-at all cost, to strive and portray a civil, and 'fair justice type of mantra' of behavioral actions. It shall be my hope, and prayer, that most of the highly visible leaders do not, come of as single-minded, self-serving, insensitive, selfish, and arrogant person, needless to say, this will not earn any points in the public eye. As a matter-of-fact, this will have the propensity for leading to danger-as we just witness in Arizona with the senseless injuries and fatalities during a political event in a public domain. However, I hasten to add, there are still good descent people afoot who are seeking unity, harmony, and have the well being of humanity as their focus. Let's continue to pray that increasing numbers of people embodied with that sort of consciousness shall prevail and continue to emerge, evolve, and thrive, in the society across the country, the nation and the world. In regards to the tongue being used as a vicious tool, again biblical passage, fore warns; that the tongue can be a cruel weapon, such  unkind rhetoric through the use of the tongue, can be as dangerous as a two edge sword-cutting both ways. This will surely lend itself to stirring-up a mess-alleviating the opportunity for one to be blessed. So, let's focus on resisting the temptations and actions and set our sights on things that will diminish, eradicate, and/or alleviate random acts of violence. This shall be a noble cause to rally around and and will preserve the longevity of the legacy of life, for  the mature person, youth and young adults; to maturate, discover their pre-ordained purpose and reach their full potential that God intended for them to become.
God Bless You All
