-It is abundant in most fruits and vegetables but also found in legumes, grains, and foods with good amounts of fiber. It is important to note that dietary fiber is an important source of healthy ingredients that: 

  • Promotes intestinal transit 

  • It is a reliable source of nutriment for the healthy gut microbiota 

  • Contribute to reducing or relieving gastrointestinal symptoms 

  • It is a heart-healthy food 

  • Also serves to lower blood pressure & high cholesterol and helps control blood sugar
