Thirty Minutes (30) Secret Improves Heart Health Condition A recent published clinical health study, in The American Journal of Cardiology has revealed, and identified a “Break Through” solution that lowers your heart risks. The best part of this revolutionary “Break Through’-is that it does not involve dangerous drugs side effects. The solution is a strident focus on the exercise and the process of “Meditation”. Yes, you heard it right-it is an ancient approach to the practice of wellness that is both fastened and focus on ‘mindfulness’ The study researchers conducted full spectrum compliments of 61,000 participants. The good news is a large majority said they participated in various methods of some form of meditation. The researchers also discovered that those who participated had lower rates of factors associated with heart disease, such as: • High cholesterol • High blood pressure • Diabetes • Stroke • Coronary artery disease Moreover, the greatest differences were in coronary artery disease. Those participants who meditated were 49 percent less likely to have the disease versus those who did not meditate. The Process of Meditation: To engage in a meditative process which is really all about having the ‘thought of consciousness’ to slowing down unto peaceful awareness, and embracing the concepts of being quiet in solidarity-a century old methodology??? The basic steps are: • Sit or lie down in a quiet space in a room or office • Close your eyes and breathe slowly.
