THE BIBLICAL TRUTH: Help To Shape Lives

THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, SO HELP YOU, GOD...
-And the truth shall set you free-freedom and liberation is available to thee

“You  know how; from when you were a child;  you were taught the Holy Scriptures; and it is these that make you wise to accept God’s salvation by trusting in Jesus Christ” { 2 Timothy 3:15}

Therefore, it shall be prudent and wise to begin this narrative discourse to touch and agree, and/or disagree. The whole BIBLE was given to specific people in ancient times, as an “Inspired Word” from God. And it served to be a useful tool for teaching them and each of us; about what is true. In so doing, it may make us realize what is ‘Wrong’ in theirs and our lives; as we take heed; it can be the ‘Wisdom’ to straighten us out, and help to do what is ‘Right’

THE SOURCE
Again, to reiterate; that The Whole BIBLE is God’s Inspired Word. Why? Because it is inspired and trustworthy:
·         We should read it very carefully
·         With the Focus and Intent of applying  it to our lives
·         When we do it can help us in every situation we encounter in our daily spiritual walk
·         It is a standard for the ‘Test’ to get us through the ‘Mess’ we sometimes find ourselves
·         It becomes the standard  for the  “Fact Check” for testing everything else that claims to be true
·         It is our SafeGuard against false teaching, and our Source of Guidance of how we should live, regardless of circumstances
·         Being that The BIBLE is ‘God Inspired Word’, it is the Only Choice, Hope and Source of Knowledge we should strive and be steadfast to live our lives by;
·         During the Old Testament time, God revealed himself to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses Noah, etc., for relational-ship building and development, and it still rings true in these Modern Times in the Free World, Today
·         Yes, God wants to show us, even today, what is true, so that he can Equip and Empower us to live in Righteous Ways to serve him best.
·         When we listen and adhere to the message, it shall empower us to spend more time in The Word; to learn about God’s ‘Truth’, His ways, His Desires, and  most of all ‘His Will’
·         As we Go Forth, we shall become More Confident in our Faith, Belief, and Trust
·         We Become staunch, steadfast and Un-moveable in the following  categories:

BOLDNESS
Both in the face of opposition and persecution.  Know that God honors our confidence, even when we suffer. He helps us to get over the fears we face of what people might say or do. Be resolve to take our eyes off of the people, and look only to God

FAITHFULNESS
Think about this: Jesus put forth the Ultimate Faithfulness when he was crucified and died on the cross for our sins. As Followers of Jesus The Christ, we can count on opposition, suffering and hardship. That become the tried and true faithfulness as  having an effect on others, as we trust Jesus Christ, he counts us worthy to suffer and shall provide the strength we need to be steadfast on the journey

MENTORING AND TEACHING
A Reminder, always instills in those that are encountered on the journey, that it’s a duty to witness and evangelize to others. We must prepare them to pass on God’s Word to others, as well. We should be both vigilant and diligent in ways to become better equipped to serve, as well as, for ways to teach and mentor others what we have learned. Therein lies Abundant Blessings

THE END TIMES
Beware of the Anti-Christ and false teachings
The deception and false teaching will surely come, and those of us who are disciplined must be ready to reject errors by knowing God’s Inspired Word. What are the dangers of deceptive teaching and false teaching? They are destined to be made manifest The Sword of the Word you need is the scriptures at the beginning of this article [2 Timothy 3:14-17}, this is Truth to straightened them out, and to get away from the Wrong, and turn unto the Right ways of the Truth of God, In the name of Jesus The Christ.

THE COMMON TRAITS OF GREAT LEADERS Part II

THE COMMON TRAITS OF GREAT LEADERS, Part II

The additional components of traits that come to mind are:
·        Empowerment-Patience-Diplomacy
·        Humility-Influence-Purpose
·        Trust-Vision-Integrity
·        Perspective-Listening-Motivation
·        Owner/Accountability

Empowerment
The first order of the day is to provide proper guidance and
Limits and supporting the decisions of the subordinates. Make
sure everybody on the team has adequate opportunities to contribute
and feel they are having a meaningful impact on the company.
When subordinate leaders are empowered, their intelligence
And talents can be unleashed to help the company grow

Patience
The perseverance of patience can have magical effects on
difficulties disappearing and obstacles vanishing. Always wait for
For the right opportunity and don’t swing at every pitch. Such
Characteristics bode well for becoming a successful leader

Diplomacy
There are enormities of roles that a leader has to play. One
Is the incubating of talents of others, and that of being a strategist?
One of the most important is to ensure that everybody is on the
Same page, and that teams work together toward common and
Collective goals despite cultural and/or political differences

Humility
The major bone of contention is for the company or organization
To insure its ability to learn, and to translate the learned knowledge
Into action in a timely fashion. This ensures that it has the ultimate
competitive advantage. In order to be on the leading edge of innovation
And improving, team members must be reflective and self-aware
Everybody should acknowledge when mistakes are made, and
Correct them so they can get better, at what they do. A good
Leader must say, I made a mistake, I am sorry, here is what I am
Going to do to make it better.

Influence
Leaders must have the ability to influence rather than authority
This tends to be the utmost important quality of a great leader.
Influencing requires patience for coaching, emotional intelligence
Effective communications, negotiating and consensus skills and traits
When leaders possess such skills it helps stakeholders to produce
better employees and customer engagement. It also increases
collaboration, innovation, and ultimately drives excellence for the
Company or the organization

Purpose
Have a clear mindset for the reason the company exists beyond
profit, and to be able to articulate that clearly and consistently
to all involved both externally and internally. This shall creates
the culture for a healthier and more valuable business entity.

Trust
As a leader one cannot do it all. In order for the company to be
successful, one must delegate responsibility to others that is trust
worthy. Leaders will know that employees who can be trusted
for such delegation of tasks. And can do so, knowing the employee
has the ability to achieve success in getting the job done.

Vision
Great leaders are able to able get team members to see the big
picture. Because, they create the vision, articulate the vision,
and passionately own the vision, and be relentless with it to completion
In doing so, allows everyone to understand the importance of the
role they play on helping to bring the vision to reality

Integrity
Great leaders realize they cannot do it all by themselves.
The process of integrity matters in a number of ways: leaders
with integrity foster critical trust among colleagues and tend to
direct deport, and demonstrate a commitment to moral and
ethical behavior. Those who do will not gain any trust or buy-in
by teams and colleagues, which will end up being a negative
situation and shall impact negatively on management and
performance.

Perspective
When others hold a short-range view, The Leader must have a
long range view. That shall be the right stuff to separate great
leaders from the rest of the crowd, and their ability to see the bigger
picture instead of becoming lost in the details. Great leaders know
and understand how each member of the team works to contribute
to overall goals of the company. In the process of keeping the end
the objective insight, such leaders can push the company
forward toward the long term goals, rather than being stuck
at the short term level,

Listening
To be listened too is an honor; it is also an element of patience
To have the uncanny ability to listen and appreciate invaluable feedback
And input. Being a good or great leader, possessing the ability
To be an attentive listener is absolutely critical, especially from
those people who are on the front line

Motivation
Great leaders tend to be the ultimate and consummate
motivators. Such leadership quality is usually spotted very
early on at the beginning of the inner-action process. They under-
stand the importance of working with others, as well as, to roll
up their sleeve to work hard on their own. In addition, they will
genuinely want to be engaged and involved in the overall growth
and development of the company. While possessing a great
attitude and approach to helping the company to expand and grow
in the long term

Ownership/Accountability
When teams, in particular; a leader, who takes ownership of it’s
problems that needs to be solved. This in turns is a testament
of true battlefield leadership and true take charge business
acumen. Such a leader who matriculate with such accountability
can quickly become successful in handling management tasks.
Beyond navigating savings, and making the company successful
These type of leaders also typically develop employees under their
Tutelage, as they are mentored to possess the same management skills

THE COMMON TRAITS OF GREAT LEADERS

THE COMMON TRAITS OF GREAT LEADERS

I recently completed a graduate course in leadership. We learned a great deal about the pervasive school of thought, that all it takes to be a leader is to hold a dominant C-Suite position in a group, organization, or company. The first three  foremost attributes that come to mind are:
·         Transparency
·         Empathy
·         Open mindedness
Because history bears out such traits and attributes that happen to be the cornerstones and core values, which serves to drive optimal business success. Such qualities have not only driven business success but have had an impact on brand development both in domestic and global markets. In addition, individual extraordinary leadership abilities have been continuous methods of inspiration for collective corporate team leadership.

A research study was done on a few C-Suites management and leadership teams to ascertain collective and useful data for the top quality of great leaders, such as:

RESILIENCE
A real leader speaks to anxiety and to fear and allays those fears, as they assuage anxiety. There are many changes happening in the workplace nowadays, and when change occurs, individuals who possess resilience generally also exhibit and portray agility and resourcefulness

TRANSPARENCY
To be an effective leader one has to be an excellent communicator. And to be focused and fastened on the intent at every chance they get to dissuade gossip. Great leaders usually have the uncanny ability to not let rumors spread by having the keen insights to dispel such situations through being transparent and hold the embodiment to embrace solutions and remedies, not problems. In the midst of disagreement of a rift among coworkers, rather than nurture the gossip, a great leader makes sure you get over it and summarily fix the issue at hand

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
There exists two parts of leadership. Once you’ve got to be a good leaders, secondly, one must have the utmost concern for the people that you lead. Must possess the desire to emulate and care about others. Good responsible leaders improve their Emotional intelligence by making concerted efforts to understand the reasoning behind an employee’s behavior. It might tend to center on a lack of ‘trust’, a bad past experience, or the fear behind a bad decision. By grasping and embracing such understanding makes it easier to react with dignity to any and all types of situations.

PASSION
Passion and intensity is a key component of a leader. The C-Suite management leadership is the cultural icon of the company for passion to work, passion for the product, passion for company goals, passion for success, and the inevitable twists and turns, is the key to widespread engagement. The opposite is even more important-the lack of passion leads to ‘tragic disengagement’

EMPATHY
Empathy not only allows great leaders y to understand their employees and their customers alike, but it is known to enhance pro-social behaviors. All due to the fact that empathy enables leaders to address issues more expeditiously and precise, as it makes things more flexible to respond to in an ever changing work environment

OPEN-MINDED
“Leaders” cannot and must not work in a vacuum. They may take on larger, and more important roles in an organization or a company. However, this must not exclude them from asking for and using positive feedback. Leaders must take and have great care not to be closed off to ideas of good challenges, input, and feedback. This shall serve to help establish the norms of what is set apart to an open-minded leader. It shall bode well for the leaders to be inquisitive to learn more about identity opportunities, threats, and challenges to their business and key staff and employees

The Key Component is: LIFESTYLE CHANGE {details of right foods see FB, page as noted below}
LifestyleChange@Fit031,

I want to begin this post by sharing a traumatic situation that actually happened to me. And by the bestowal of God’s mercy, his grace, provisions, and my being faithful and obedient to his edits of instructions. Being a former Vietnam Veteran, while I was serving on a Naval Ship in the Combat War Zone in the Blue Coastal Waters off the Coast of Vietnam. I was, unfortunately, exposed to the Dangerous Mustard Gas, known as the Herbicide Agent Orange. When such exposure is encountered it renderers the life of those it touches to an enormity of Life-Threatening Diseases. Such as, to name a few:

THE KEY BENEFITS and COMPONENTS of WATER

THE KEY BENEFITS and COMPONENTS OF CONSUMING WATER

DO YOU KNOW..?

That if you drink at least 12 Ounces of ‘Water’ per day, preferably, that of alkaline type it can take a few years off of your life? Meaning you will have a younger-looking facial appearance. Try it for a few weeks and notice the positive improvements in your facial countenance. In addition, you shall have a leaner body, because you will:
·        Drop Fat
·        Have more energy
·        Save your kidney and liver from chronic overwork

When your kidneys’ are overtaxed with extra work; because of too little water, that is when the liver takes over.

BUT KNOW THIS:
The liver is the number one fat-burning organ in the human body
What the body kidney really does, for the most part, is process liquids and toxins, as opposed to burning fat.

Therefore, drinking the essential amount of water on a daily basis is a ‘must-do’. Why? If stops the liver from doing the extra fat burning work, and do the job it is intended do, that of processing liquids and toxins

GYM WORK-OUT
If you do not work-out at all, you will lose muscle tissue and the body will get fat, flabbier, and it will begin to sag.

If you do work-out just about three times per week for 30 minutes can serve to be efficient. A very prudent approach is an old school resistance training routine. Where you should adhere to a good cardiovascular work-out. Such can prove to be:
·        Fast and Efficient
·        Safe and Sound
·        Employ a good nutrition plan
·        Approx. 90 minutes a week shall prove to be a good anti-aging safety plan. Go to my FB Page for more: Lifestyle Change@Fit031
