FRONT OF MIND CONSCIOUSNESS ‘REGARDS’ REST FOR THE BRAIN

When you think about your brain which of these situations might you focus on and/or come to mind:

·        A. Enjoying a good night's sleep

·        B. Taking a midday nap

·        C. Reclining on a sofa to watch some mindless tv episodes

Know that there is a need to take restful moments in our daily sojourn. That being said, it’s a common misconception to view or to take restful moments as an entirely passive experience. To take ‘true rest’ is a very important part of our daily routine of life. The key point is that we must give our brain the restorative breaks it needs to function at optimal levels

While adequate sleep is essentially important for good ‘brain health’ many forms of rest involve activity, not just slumber. The most restorative kind of rest which recharge the mental and physical batteries most effectively is to be active rather than passive. According to sleep expert therapists, going for a long walk or hike or working out can give one more rather than less energy and leave, and tend to have a person feeling more rejuvenated both physically and mentally.

The more one focuses and/or puts the process rest into the cognitive of the ‘front-of-mind-consciousness, with such practice thus you will improve. It can become part and parcel of the meditation part of the daily routine within the Daniel Fast Lifestyle Change over the 40 days of the awesome journey we are participants in.

Remember The ultimate outcome of this awesome journey is to:

·        Cleanse,

·        Detox

·        Purify and

·        Heal…

GO FORTH, REMAIN FOCUSED, AND ADD REST FOR THE BRAIN TO YOUR FRONT-OF-MIND CONSCIOUSNESS.

THE BODY SKIN UNIQUE GENETIC MUTATION

The human skin is the largest organ on the body, it represents approximately 12 to 15% of a person’s total weight. Which consists of nails, hair, nerves, and glands, the skin is part and parcel of the integumentary system. The skin has several layers that protect the muscles, internal organs, and bones from external threats. The skin pigmentation and lubrication do change depending on various factors.

A key factor is in the visible layer of skin, the epidermis which is waterproof, but it also prevents infections. The question to ponder is, ‘How Long Does It Take For The Skin to Replace Itself”?

The Human Skin replaces itself approximately once every 27 days. The process of skin renewal occurs through shedding which is known as exfoliation. This only occurs in the outer surface layer of the skin.

The deeper skin tissues which is the layer beneath the epidermis, known as the dermis and hypodermis do not experience shedding through exfoliation. Scars that happen to the body often affect these deeper tissues and since they do not get replaced the scars remain. It is both prudent and wise to be aware that tattoos inked on the skin of the body typically adversely affect both the epidermis and the dermis. They Do Not Disappear through the skin's natural exfoliation.

LAYERS OF SKIN THE BODY HAVE:

The Human Skin has three layers

·        Epidermis-Dermis and Hypodermis

Each layer has a unique function and role to play in protecting the body and maintaining functions that are more than skin-deep

The epidermis is typically the one ever seen. Since it is the outer layer that protects the internal parts of the body from Dirt and dust,. Damage and Germs

Dermis is where hair follicles, sweat glands, and very tough connective tissues are found

Hypodermis is where subcutaneous fat and more connective is found, which helps to keep the Epidermis layer clean and away from too much Sun Exposure, which is essential to prevent skin cancer, other illnesses, spots, and wrinkles.

THE AMOUNT OF SKIN THE BODY SHEDS IN A  LIFETIME

The skin is the body’s largest organ and is a composite of water, protein, lipids, minerals, and chemicals. It is destined to shed about 600,000 particles of skin every hour. Which constitutes about 1.5 pounds per year. Therefore, by late senior years,  biblically noted, by three scores and ten {70 plus years}-The average person will shed 105 pounds of skin during their lifetime
