When
leaders possess such skills it helps stakeholders to produce

employees and customer engagement. It also increases

innovation, and ultimately drives excellence for the

or the organization
Purpose
Have
a clear mindset for the reason the company exists beyond

and to be able to articulate that clearly and consistently

all involved both externally and internally. This shall creates

Integrity
Great
leaders realize they cannot do it all by themselves.
The
process of integrity matters in a number of ways: leaders
with
integrity foster critical trust among colleagues and tend to
direct
deport, and demonstrate a commitment to moral and
ethical
behavior. Those who do will not gain any trust or buy-in
by
teams and colleagues, which will end up being a negative
situation
and shall impact negatively on management and
performance.
Perspective
When
others hold a short-range view, The Leader must have a
long
range view. That shall be the right stuff to separate great
leaders
from the rest of the crowd, and their ability to see the bigger
