HAPPENINGS  AND THE ON-GOINGS AT THE TOP LEVELS OF AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 

If you’ve been keeping up on the situations and circumstances destined to affect ‘we the people’, then you are aware that we’re in a state of critical distinction. Seemly, it appears that we may be doomed to a generation of Right Wing decision-makers, which will take us back to the end of the 18th century and into the totality of the 19th century. The crystal ball seems to say, that might well be right. The question is though, is it inevitable? 

As we watch and recognize a likely reality of innuendoes and submissions emanating from a new radical social media platform known as some sort of truth forum format.

Upon taking a closer look at the one who is not an author, but more the attitude of a former so-called leader who is rapidly losing His Marbles-if he keeps this approach up, he’ll drag the entire GOP House of evil cabals down with him in 2024.

The whole right-wing conservatives, which is inclusive of the highest court of the land, in their mindful thought of consciousness believe such an approach is all fine and necessary-but it should give rise to ‘we the people’, that we still have to fight for what is believed to be right for the total of the populist in America. We shall never embrace the mindful thought that constitutes ‘Giving Up’.

Meanwhile, the GOP conservatives would have you think that the current leader of the Free World, in the person of Joe Biden, is too old, too senile, and incapable of leading the United States of America and those who considered ‘we the people’. However, such narrative utterances are mere words of proper gander. 

We must ‘fact-check’ the truth of the matter. Here are a few examples of the truth being accomplished for the benefit of ‘we the people:

• Biden Admin has named more Federal Judges in the first 28 months than the previous three presidents, a total of 136 ‘article III Federal Judges positions

• All have been submitted and confirmed by the US Senate, more meaningful than the number is the type of judges named

• Two third of the nominees confirmed are women and two-thirds are people of color-many are from progressive backgrounds in the law

• Such backgrounds as, Civil Rights lawyer from the ACLU, Lawyer from the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund, an American Voting Rights Attorney, former Attorney from Mexican American Legal Defense Fund, To Name a few

• Meanwhile, momentum is building for changes in the Supreme Court, such as ending lifetime appointments, and ending tenure lifetime polls well and is hardly the radical measure the Right Wing makes it out to be.

• Most of all, liberals are casting their presidential and congressional votes with the Supreme Court in mind

• Regards overturning Roe v Wade, even though the conservatives vowed to not touch it-they lie. Be that as it may-Pro-choice Americans are still the majority

• So Do Americans who want reasonable voting rights for minorities, a fair chance for labor unions to be active, a federal government that can implement laws,

• The iron-clad-willed minority has won a lot of battles and shall be in the mode to win more. ‘we the people’ are waking up, and progressives are filling the federal bench.

However, this isn’t the total story of victory-not just yet. But ‘we the people’ hasten to add, “but neither is it one of total despair. The key word is to be vigilant to overcome, survive and continue to thrive on the journey's path. While grasping and mustering the strength to bounce back with the vicissitudes of resiliency to get up again and again.
