ROE V WADE

It had been over a year since the Supreme Court overturned the landmark decision of the laws governing Abortion Rights. That would be Roe V Wade. We are seeing and witnessing multitudes of people across the United States, out and about, protesting the reversal of a woman’s right to decide on her own body {Roe V. Wade}

I have observed and read social media posts, blogs, and articles. I recently ran across a specific one that appeared on the Yahoo portal that sorta struck me. The title of the article was: “The Real Reason Roe V Wade was overturned”

The article began in the genre of putting forth and revealing what the writer and editors referred to as: “The Rising Influence of A Distinctive Kind of Supreme Court Judge”.

As I continued to pursed the article, keenly took note of the approach and direction being taken by the writer. The pattern unfolding was the revelation of “Movement Judge” [one who provides actions that facilitates movement goals VS “Partisan Judge” {old school type, been around since the founding}

The different twist that stood out in my mindful consciousness about the movement Judge seemed a bit off-kilter and somewhat detrimental. The writer of the article went on to explain in their opinion, that almost always the movement judge attempts to advance a movement goal forward, even though it may not be agreeable or might even cause some harm to their party’s election projects. Albeit even more so, than counterparts movements and mindfulness thought of consciousness.

Such an outcome seemingly would prove to be counterproductive.

Therefore consideration in the aftermath of the reversal of Roe V Wade is an example of “Movement Judge” Manifestation.
