THE PRECIPICE OF ANTI-AGING
-Key steps to avoid and steps to engage
If you have a desire to slow the aging process. The key steps noted below will allow you to ‘reclaim’ your health and achieve an overall ideal body persona. It shall be a process that is closely akin to having a splash of cold water upon you and a touch of old school ‘honest touch’
THERE ARE 5 STEPS THAT SHALL BE FOLLOWED:
1. Avoid a low-fat diet approach. I know it’s been fed to you for a craze of decades. However, know that ‘fats’ are not to be feared. Why? Because fats help the body to regenerate Power Hormones, and testosterone, which serves as a direct result of Cholesterol and dietary fat intake. This is what the body needs to produce ‘Vital Hormones’
2. Stop Running in Circles, that too may sound strange and a little crazy. You've got to cease the use of treadmills and stop running. Why? It does very little to reverse the aging process; as a matter of fact, it accelerates the aging process. It does so by increasing ‘free radicals’. These are scavengers that prey on body essentials, nutrients, and tissues
3. Quit pointing the finger of shame and blame at how old you’re feeling. Because you are not fat due to your age. But rather it is due to what you eat, how you think-it must be how not to feel ‘Old & Fat’. The first ‘key step’ get away from negative naysayers in your circle of influence. Because water burns fat, water suppresses hunger pangs, water renews your skin, and water will take off years from your facial countenance in a matter of a few weeks. In addition, as the fat will drop off, you will gain more energy, and your kidneys and liver will be saved from chronic overwork. Know this, when the kidneys are taxed from too little water, your liver will step in and take over, not good, do not want that to happen. Because the liver is the number one ‘fat-burning’ organ of the body. Therefore, you want to avoid at all costs having the liver take on an extra job of processing liquids and toxins, but rather stay with its main job of burning fat. Keep the water flowing through the body. Drink at least 8-10 glasses each day. It Will Keep the body looking younger, younger and younger
5. Work Out Routine- it’s very important to have a good routine 2-3, or even 4 times a week. The results: look younger, the body is most toned with the least amount of unwanted fats. The workout routine should consist of the following: For Mobility, walking, Biking, and a step machine. Other types of exercises, Squats: lower body, hamstrings, glutes. Bench Press & Incline Bench Press: Dumbbells 5 Lbs, 10 Lbs, up to 20 Lbs. Chest Press Machine. Triceps, Biceps, Shoulder Press. I want to share some manifestations of notable divine order of achievements from the bygone era of the Old Testament
• Moses felt unworthy-he stuttered, he could not speak very well-But God provided a voice that went through his cognitive, which not only allowed him to speak, but he was able to convey to the Mighty Pharaoh down in Egypt, as he spoke these words to the king. “Pharaoh! God said, to tell you to Let My People Go” {Exodus 4:10-12}
• Gideon called himself the least of these..But God called him, A ‘Mighty-Man-of-Valor’ {judges 6:12}
• Jeremiah, thought and said he was too young-but God told him, “Do not say, I am a youth” {Jeremiah 1:6-8}

In conclusion, know that you’re not chosen because you are perfect.
You are chosen simply because you are obedient and willing to trust and be of service
God foretells these narrative utterance proclamations to us.
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in time of weakness”
Know that when we are praying to God our goal is to live in relationship with God The Father, God The Son and God The Holy Spirit. We do so to be complicit with the Will, Purposes, Plans, Provisions, and Protection, and every else that is intended All For The Glory..Amen

FYI, I was privy to read a post recently that began with the following narrative: "Marriage doesn't cure lust, self-control is required. I'm complicit, and to that I shall also add the following narrative utterance proclamations, firstly, it is very important to read 2 Chronicles 7:14, which begins with..."If my people will humble themselves and pray, and search for me, and turn from their wicked way..." Thus, when we become obedient, humble ourselves, pray, and ask God to be delivered therein, it is the 'blessedness' of God. Because He's surely an enabler to bless others to become the best among the rest
