Current Recognition, Honor and Accolade of Achievement Received

May 26, 2020, I was just informed by Anuj the founder of Feedspot News, that he and his Team of  Panelists selected my site, "On-Point Insights", as One of The Top 60 Money Making Blogs, Websites, & Influencers for 2020. This is a true Honor to received such a distinctive recognition of accolades for achievements. It shall be an Honor that I will both N-joy and cherish for a time yet to come

My initial foray into blogging began several years ago. It has been an arduous task of a journey along the way. However, I have been resolute, determined, tenacious, and relentless, while on this steadfast and faithful journey.

I would be remiss if I did not mention, that it takes the ingredient of integrity and moral compass of patience. I hasten to add, that patience is a 'virtue'. The word 'virtue' has its origin in the Greek word, 'arere', meaning it possesses high moral excellence.

When we take a look at how important it is to have patience from a spiritual perspective, it reveals an application of being good to adhere to the call-of-action. Striving for the most part, to do, what is right, and fair, with the proclivities of a sense of justice. And it further stipulates a reverence approach that possesses the virtues of self-control, which consists of?:
~Temperance & Pleasure
~Curiosity and the hunger and thirst for wisdom, knowledge and most of  all, an understanding
~Self-Control, i.e. anger, ambition, aspirations and goals

Moreover, patience sprinkled with the application of virtue is needed now, more than ever. In that, we find ourselves in the midst of the throes of the Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic. This pandemic has become a focus across America, The Nation, and Indeed The entire World. Such a logistical nightmare of issues to handle, govern, and manage, and to do so on a global stage.

This situation has caused people from across all cultural ethnicities to dig deeper into the reservoir of their souls to find that sense of connectedness toward the concern for others. While steadfastly, being protected and staying safe. Seemly, in the midst of having patience and working through all of the ostensible situations of uncertainties, and the unfolding of the unknowns on a daily basis. This has brought to the forefront the grasping and embracing, a semblance of unity, harmony, and togetherness, ever known before since the 1960's Civil Rights Movement led by Dr. Martin Luthe King Jr.

The Midst of the Throes of The CoronaVirus Known as: COVID-19

We are all striving to do our part as we work together to Slow, Avoid, and/or Contain the spread of COVID-19. A lot of people are staying at home working remotely, or they are either Quarantined, or making efforts to Isolate and also to Stay Safe, and Be Protected; by adhering to the requested rule of Social Distancing, and wear a mask, while out in the public to get essentials for home use. 

These are very trying times as we all make and take the necessary precautionary steps; in the face of; this very vicious and dangerous pandemic COVID-19, in the Quest to Be Safe and Stay Protected.

I am observing there is a Trend Toward not to get too bored and overeat, while at home, and also to focus on ways to better relieve and/or reduce  "Stress".

Therefore, since I'm very concerned about ways To Promote Physical, Emotional, and Mental-being; in order for you; my spiritual Bro's Sisters to BE HEALTHY.

I am discerning a 'Felt-Need' due to the impact of COVID-19 to hope and pray for each of you; that the impact of COVID-19 would be minimal or nonexistent. In addition, you would shift your focus to concentrate on positive matters of life. 

While your attention is in the Positive-knowing-Thought process; you shall use this as an opportunity for reflection, renewal, restoration, and the discovery of the use of Thanksgiving, Intercessory, and Prayers of Supplication for self and others.

I am compelled to provide some additional referral resources that, when necessary, can be utilized for self and others when; and if; it shall be needed

BE HEALTHY: Awesome lifeStyle Changing Journey

I have enjoyed the privilege, pleasure, and the rare opportunity to create, establish, and implement a Lifestyle Change Program for over one and half  decades. The program is spiritually based, and consists of a longevity for the duration of 40 continuous days. Within the time frame of this  awesome  journey which begins on January 1, through February 10, each year. The Lifestyle Change is promoted and conducted on social media, emails, and through discussion forums. Each participant agrees and commits to:
  • Fasting by consuming certain right foods and praying three  times per day
  •  Mediate and read specific scriptures [Daniel 1:1-22, Gal 5:22-26, Isaiah 61:1-4, 58:12}                                                     The Keys and Core Values of the Lifestyle Change are as follows:
  • Spiritual Nutrition: to feed the body and nourish the mind, and spirit 
  • Provide the chance to feed the consciousness to bolster inner peace to discover and embrace contentment.
  • Enhance mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being
  • Ultimately to detox, cleanse the body,purify blood cells, re-build tissues, to heal and aid in the treatment and/or cure  of disorder conditions or maladies.                                                 In the aftermath of the Lifestyle Change in 2020 a new heightened awareness was echoed by all participants  as they  revealed and shared about such things as, how good protein matters, good source of fiber matters, fruits, veggies, & nuts matters, wheat and whole grain items matters, and the importance of omega-3 fish oil and also Wild-Caught Salmon and other seafoods matters.                                                         An enormity of comments, utterances, and testimonies were also shared and revealed by the participants in the Lifestyle Change about the benefits derived thereof. The following is a collective summary narrative discourse of benefits received.  Beginning with this biblical passage, "I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers,and giving of thanks be made for all persons" [1 Tim 2:1}. This is the believe because of our involvement. They went on to say, This is the Acronym for adoration-Praise and Worship to God; confessing and praying to be honest about our sins; uttering thanksgiving to God directly; humbly expressing gratitude and supplication. Doing so, while being concerned for and standing in the gap for others for provision and protection for self and all others.   In conclusion, this is the first of a two part series regards the Lifestyle Change Journey. Hello Lifestyle Change-Daniel Fast Followers: We are at the 35th Day of the 40 Days of Fasting, Prayer & Meditation. Only 4 days B 4 completion of this Awesome Journey. KNOW THIS: You are what U Eat.continue to strive to keep the body healthy. Your body will continue to grow new cells but it depends on what U Eat. Therefore, In the aftermath of this Lifestyle Change. Do not fall too far from the "Lifestyle Change Routine" Good protein matters. Good source of fiber matters, steady consumption of whole-grain matters. Also Wild-Caught Fish is a very good and important nutrient of Fish Oil and Omega -3 for the body to stay healthy. BE CAREFUL to read the labels when you are making a the decision to buy fish to eat, particularly Salmon, always make sure the choice to be Sockeye {Alaskian Salmon}. A Word Regards Insights & Intel Concerning The State of Being in Denial


Denial
-Being in Denial is a State of Mind
-That borders on a Defense Mechanism and/or The Effort of an Attitude of trying to avoid being hurt}

Psychological Denial
Refusal to accept the reality of a fact or the truth regards certain matters in life that happens to you, and those close to you, usually it is something very painful, stressful, and unpleasant.

In more cases than not, the person tries to go on with life acting as if the “Painful” of “Stressful” situation does not exist

Such a person tends to resign themselves to hold a belief that “What U don’t Accept,” Can’t Really Hurt You”. This is An Unhealthy-State-of-Mind and is the furthest thing from the “Truth”

Defense Mechanism
When a person is faced with a “Painful”  or “Stressful’ a situation they usually end to –Rejects the Reality of the “Fact” and/or the “Truth of the matter” Even though the “True is the reality of the Matter-At Hand

The usual behavior is that a person will continue to insist that the situation At Hand, IS NOT TRUE! THUS: The Epitome of the State-of-Denial


Despite the fact that all the evidence is very clear, and is Overwhelming, and Irrefutable. Denial remains ever presence-where a person will still contend to hold on the belief, and will Stay in Denial concerning the situation at hand

CO-Dependency:
This Is where another person or persons; is close to the person in Denial-and tends to listen and becomes complicit with the belief of the person in denial. When this happens you stand the danger of being an ‘enabler’ to the situation.

Note: Avoid, Avoid, at all costs.  This is not very good, nor is it healthy or helpful to the person who is in Denial. The best advice you can give: Suggest the person in Denial seeks professional Help. At this juncture to seek help with a Therapist is of Utmost Importance.
