BE HEALTHY: Awesome lifeStyle Changing Journey

I have enjoyed the privilege, pleasure, and the rare opportunity to create, establish, and implement a Lifestyle Change Program for over one and half  decades. The program is spiritually based, and consists of a longevity for the duration of 40 continuous days. Within the time frame of this  awesome  journey which begins on January 1, through February 10, each year. The Lifestyle Change is promoted and conducted on social media, emails, and through discussion forums. Each participant agrees and commits to:
  • Fasting by consuming certain right foods and praying three  times per day
  •  Mediate and read specific scriptures [Daniel 1:1-22, Gal 5:22-26, Isaiah 61:1-4, 58:12}                                                     The Keys and Core Values of the Lifestyle Change are as follows:
  • Spiritual Nutrition: to feed the body and nourish the mind, and spirit 
  • Provide the chance to feed the consciousness to bolster inner peace to discover and embrace contentment.
  • Enhance mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being
  • Ultimately to detox, cleanse the body,purify blood cells, re-build tissues, to heal and aid in the treatment and/or cure  of disorder conditions or maladies.                                                 In the aftermath of the Lifestyle Change in 2020 a new heightened awareness was echoed by all participants  as they  revealed and shared about such things as, how good protein matters, good source of fiber matters, fruits, veggies, & nuts matters, wheat and whole grain items matters, and the importance of omega-3 fish oil and also Wild-Caught Salmon and other seafoods matters.                                                         An enormity of comments, utterances, and testimonies were also shared and revealed by the participants in the Lifestyle Change about the benefits derived thereof. The following is a collective summary narrative discourse of benefits received.  Beginning with this biblical passage, "I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers,and giving of thanks be made for all persons" [1 Tim 2:1}. This is the believe because of our involvement. They went on to say, This is the Acronym for adoration-Praise and Worship to God; confessing and praying to be honest about our sins; uttering thanksgiving to God directly; humbly expressing gratitude and supplication. Doing so, while being concerned for and standing in the gap for others for provision and protection for self and all others.   In conclusion, this is the first of a two part series regards the Lifestyle Change Journey.
