The Midst of the Throes of The CoronaVirus Known as: COVID-19

We are all striving to do our part as we work together to Slow, Avoid, and/or Contain the spread of COVID-19. A lot of people are staying at home working remotely, or they are either Quarantined, or making efforts to Isolate and also to Stay Safe, and Be Protected; by adhering to the requested rule of Social Distancing, and wear a mask, while out in the public to get essentials for home use. 

These are very trying times as we all make and take the necessary precautionary steps; in the face of; this very vicious and dangerous pandemic COVID-19, in the Quest to Be Safe and Stay Protected.

I am observing there is a Trend Toward not to get too bored and overeat, while at home, and also to focus on ways to better relieve and/or reduce  "Stress".

Therefore, since I'm very concerned about ways To Promote Physical, Emotional, and Mental-being; in order for you; my spiritual Bro's Sisters to BE HEALTHY.

I am discerning a 'Felt-Need' due to the impact of COVID-19 to hope and pray for each of you; that the impact of COVID-19 would be minimal or nonexistent. In addition, you would shift your focus to concentrate on positive matters of life. 

While your attention is in the Positive-knowing-Thought process; you shall use this as an opportunity for reflection, renewal, restoration, and the discovery of the use of Thanksgiving, Intercessory, and Prayers of Supplication for self and others.

BE HEALTHY: Awesome lifeStyle Changing Journey

I have enjoyed the privilege, pleasure, and the rare opportunity to create, establish, and implement a Lifestyle Change Program for over one and half  decades. The program is spiritually based, and consists of a longevity for the duration of 40 continuous days. Within the time frame of this  awesome  journey which begins on January 1, through February 10, each year. The Lifestyle Change is promoted and conducted on social media, emails, and through discussion forums. Each participant agrees and commits to:
  • Fasting by consuming certain right foods and praying three  times per day
  •  Mediate and read specific scriptures [Daniel 1:1-22, Gal 5:22-26, Isaiah 61:1-4, 58:12}                                                     The Keys and Core Values of the Lifestyle Change are as follows:
  • Spiritual Nutrition: to feed the body and nourish the mind, and spirit 
  • Provide the chance to feed the consciousness to bolster inner peace to discover and embrace contentment.
  • Enhance mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being
  • Ultimately to detox, cleanse the body,purify blood cells, re-build tissues, to heal and aid in the treatment and/or cure  of disorder conditions or maladies.                                                 In the aftermath of the Lifestyle Change in 2020 a new heightened awareness was echoed by all participants  as they  revealed and shared about such things as, how good protein matters, good source of fiber matters, fruits, veggies, & nuts matters, wheat and whole grain items matters, and the importance of omega-3 fish oil and also Wild-Caught Salmon and other seafoods matters.                                                         An enormity of comments, utterances, and testimonies were also shared and revealed by the participants in the Lifestyle Change about the benefits derived thereof. The following is a collective summary narrative discourse of benefits received.  Beginning with this biblical passage, "I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers,and giving of thanks be made for all persons" [1 Tim 2:1}. This is the believe because of our involvement. They went on to say, This is the Acronym for adoration-Praise and Worship to God; confessing and praying to be honest about our sins; uttering thanksgiving to God directly; humbly expressing gratitude and supplication. Doing so, while being concerned for and standing in the gap for others for provision and protection for self and all others.   In conclusion, this is the first of a two part series regards the Lifestyle Change Journey. Insigts & Intel-The Aftermath of the Awesome Lifestyle Change Journey

Hello Lifestyle Change-Daniel Fast Followers: We are at the 35th Day of the 40 Days of Fasting, Prayer & Meditation. Only 4 days B 4 completion of this Awesome Journey. KNOW THIS: You are what U Eat.continue to strive to keep the body healthy. Your body will continue to grow new cells but it depends on what U Eat. Therefore, In the aftermath of this Lifestyle Change. Do not fall too far from the "Lifestyle Change Routine" Good protein matters. Good source of fiber matters, steady consumption of whole-grain matters. Also Wild-Caught Fish is a very good and important nutrient of Fish Oil and Omega -3 for the body to stay healthy. BE CAREFUL to read the labels when you are making a the decision to buy fish to eat, particularly Salmon, always make sure the choice to be Sockeye {Alaskian Salmon}. Ensure that the label reads "Wild-caught". What does "Wild Caught" means? Eating wild is enjoying the delicious, natural flavors and multiple health benefits of the ancient food source, such as "Wild Caught"-this shall consistently keep you in harmony with the planet. This is without a shadow of a doubt the best seafood that you can be certain to trust the source. A Word Regards Insights & Intel Concerning The State of Being in Denial


Denial
-Being in Denial is a State of Mind
-That borders on a Defense Mechanism and/or The Effort of an Attitude of trying to avoid being hurt}

Psychological Denial
Refusal to accept the reality of a fact or the truth regards certain matters in life that happens to you, and those close to you, usually it is something very painful, stressful, and unpleasant.

In more cases than not, the person tries to go on with life acting as if the “Painful” of “Stressful” situation does not exist

Such a person tends to resign themselves to hold a belief that “What U don’t Accept,” Can’t Really Hurt You”. This is An Unhealthy-State-of-Mind and is the furthest thing from the “Truth”

Defense Mechanism
When a person is faced with a “Painful”  or “Stressful’ a situation they usually end to –Rejects the Reality of the “Fact” and/or the “Truth of the matter” Even though the “True is the reality of the Matter-At Hand

The usual behavior is that a person will continue to insist that the situation At Hand, IS NOT TRUE! THUS: The Epitome of the State-of-Denial


Despite the fact that all the evidence is very clear, and is Overwhelming, and Irrefutable. Denial remains ever presence-where a person will still contend to hold on the belief, and will Stay in Denial concerning the situation at hand

CO-Dependency:
This Is where another person or persons; is close to the person in Denial-and tends to listen and becomes complicit with the belief of the person in denial. When this happens you stand the danger of being an ‘enabler’ to the situation.

Note: Avoid, Avoid, at all costs.  This is not very good, nor is it healthy or helpful to the person who is in Denial. The best advice you can give: Suggest the person in Denial seeks professional Help. At this juncture to seek help with a Therapist is of Utmost Importance.

DANIEL FAST 2020
~The Daniel Fast is biblically-based. (Daniel 1:1-21) The Focus: shall be “Lifestyle Change”-which consists of the longevity of 40 days Maximum, where one agrees to “Fast, Pray, Meditate, and read scriptures, striving to pray 3 times per day (morning, noon, and Evening prior to bed}

Option: For Beginners: make a  concerted effort to stay with it for at least 7 days, If you make it to that mark, then push for 14 days, Great
In the midst of travailing. Then continue to “Go Forth!” To 21 days, 28, 35 days, If you become more motivated/inspired/excited-You might just reach the finish line of the totality of 40 days. Congratulations!!! YOU DID IT!!!!

THE REASON AND GOAL OF PRAYING:
     Renewal and Restoration
     Connected to the “Right Relationship w/God
     Diligently striving to always-“Practice His Presence”

PRAYER W/FASTING:
Know This>Fasting is one of the utmost “Keys” of Prayer. The most serious matters to be conscious of; is that it calls for unusual sacrifice with a focus on devotion, dedication, commitment, and steadfastness on the daily walk of life for a good healthy exercise routine.

God reveals thru the prophet Joel, who commanded his people to return to him “with all your heart…the act of fasting, weeping and mourning.

 Also, Jesus at the onset of his earthly ministry prepared Himself for the challenges ahead, by committing to 40 days of fasting {Mt 4:2}. One should become conscious and more aware of the process of denying self. When you deny self of the daily demands of the flesh and instead focus all the attention on God. Done through: Keeping God in 'front-of-mind-consciousness' and always endeavor to "Practice The Presence of The Lord."


 It is then one can go more deeply and intently into being “prayer focus”. The ultimate outcome is for God to get the ‘Glory’. When times of difficulty, strain, stress, anxiety, even depression raises its ugly head-but thru prayer you can make the connection to God for the manifestation of the “break-through”. Thus one being thankful is when the Glorification to God kicks in. The Hebrew word hallelujah is the command to
Hallel (praise) Yah (the Lord). Therefore, Let’s “Praise The Lord!!!”

As we all fast, pray, and meditate together it means we’re united in appealing to God and has an expectation of hearing from Him. When it is done in all sincerity God consistently honors it.


Remarks: During the daily routine, include in our prayer, the asking of the Lord to: “To help us to be more obedient to him; comprehend the importance of forgiveness, and to help all of we grasp the full understanding, of what it means, to Trust Him, Depend on him, Lean on him, and know he, and he alone; is the Source for all your needs

 As we read and re-read, (Daniel 1:1-21 it shall become crystal clear, the approach, and the reason, why Daniel choose to follow God’s revelations and instructions, rather than King Nebuchadnezzar’s mandate to eat kosher meats from the pantry and drinks branded wine from the king’s cellar. Instead, Daniel chooses to have pulse and water {fruits, veggies, grain, fiber, oats, nuts, etc, and protein. Also, drink alkaline water. {I.e. smart water or core water, found at Sam’s and other major retail food chain stores}

Other suggested Scriptures: Galatians 5:22-26, {But the fruits of the spirit…} Isaiah 61:1-4, [the spirit of the Lord…} Isaiah 58:12 {the repairer of the breach}


The Keys & Core Values of Daniel Fast Lifestyle Change:

      Holy Grail-It shall Detox/Cleanse the body/Purify the blood cells, Rebuild the tissues, and then to Heal & aid in the cure of certain maladies [undesirable and/or disordered condition} within the body

      
 Brief Glimpse concerning Insights and Spiritual Intel about Daniel
Daniel save Solomon; possessed a special dispensation of blessings bestowed upon him from almighty God. Which gifted him with a keen mind and insights, as he was anointed with extraordinary wisdom, knowledge and understanding, and the ability to interpret dreams, explain riddles and solve very difficult problems?

Daniel being full of such wisdom, knowledge & understanding made him much more aware regards what the King ordered them to eat was not ‘on-point’ nutritionally, nor was it very healthy. Therefore, he stood Stanch in his belief, Bold in the Spirit with the Lord. He was resolute and determined to partake & consume the Graze of the land & the earth plants and trees. Daniel requested pulse to be brought to him {fruits & veggies} to eat and water to drink.
Note: As we continue to read the scriptures daily we will soon see the Divine outcome and results that Daniel obtained. This influences the King to recant and/or reverse himself regards his original order for food consumption for everybody. To God Be The Glory!

Suggestions for daily meals:
Breakfast:
FRUIT Servings:
Fresh fruits: example/; melon, red grapes, cherries, strawberries, kiwi, apples, other cantaloupes, etc. Note: always eat fruit first
Protein: Boil eggs, Grain, Oats, Nuts, Oatmeal {Old Fashion type} top with w/walnuts, blue berries, slice bananas, soy milk, brown sugar, or agave nectar,

Juices: O.J., apple, pear, mango, grapefruit, cranberry, Beet Juice, etc.
Nutritional Smoothie: 8 oz Soy milk, w/scoop of Super Green powder mix, add frozen Blue bry, Strawberry, peaches, mango {2-3 pieces each} blend and drink-this shall give you over 32-38 superfoods & dairy/gluten-free robotics
**Add-on: Green tea w/lemon and honey or agave

Example of Alternate suggestion light breakfast meal: {poached egg, or hard-boiled egg, red grapes, or kiwi and Apple Juice
NOTE: Always feel free, and at ease to add appropriate fruits and veggies


SNACKS {in-between meals}
Nuts {walnuts, almonds, cashews w/dry raisins},Dry or Fresh Fruit {i.e. apples, mango, cherries, melon, Banana, etc.  Dried Fruits {figs, blue-berry, cranberry, dates, etc.
LUNCH:
~Green garden salad {mix romaine lettuce, kale, arugula, baby spinach & cherry tomato}
~Add dry fruit, sprinkle w/ oregano powder, sea salt & pepper {crushed red or cayenne} to taste, top w/light ranch dressing or Olive Oil & vinegar
~Baked small red potatoes, or sautéed w/Olive Oil, sweet onions and green bell peppers, sea salt, and blk pepper to taste
~Steam veggies {broccoli, cauliflower, collards & kale etc.
~Nutritional Smoothie: Scoop of {See details under Breakfast}


DINNER:
~Large bowl green garden salad or large bowl of steamed veggies
A suggested list of Veggies:  Veggies can also be sautéed
>Broccoli, Carrots, spinach, cabbage, collards & kale cook together, mustard & turnips, fresh Okra w/sauteed onions, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes.
Add spices and herb to taste {Herbs.>sweet onions, bell peppers, green onions, also seasonings as cumin, turmeric, ginger, dash seasoning etc..
Soups: can be consumed Such as Lentil, Vegetable, and Tomato basil. Etc

Other Fiber Alternatives: Black Beans, Red Beans, Pinto Beans

WATER:
Drink plenty of water during the day try to consume alkaline water
You can buy Smart bottled water {Wal-Mart, Wal-greens. Food4less, etc.
If not Just boil tap water. Add lemon, lime, or cucumber, chill and drink

Remarks: Outcome derived

     Help manage Blood HP, Diabetes, & Cholesterol
