After that being said, the following are redacted commentary answers from the respective participating responders
“The high court cannot intercede on anything. There has to be an actual case of controversy brought to it on a petition for certiorari review legal team seems to be out of sync with protocol”
“Since the U.S. Has not had an indictment on a current or former president, the court hasn’t had the opportunity to rule on any legal issues that are present here in this situation”
“Since Trump is not a current president, despite his false claim he won the 2020 election, therefore, the various augments put forth by his legal team, regarding Immunity for him not to be prosecuted, does not apply to him”
“Donald Trump is a regular US Citizen and should be treated just like any other citizen is being treated. Even though he has appointed a few members to the Supreme Court, and in due course, absolutely, there should be No Intercession allowed on his behalf by anyone he has named to the Courts.”
“No not to intercede, Trump as the accused has the right to a speedy trial, and so does the public. The Public has the right to know if the candidate under indictment is innocent or guilty before they decide to vote or not to vote for such candidate”
“No, not to intercede, his legal team should move on with the trial to show whether he is guilty or innocent, and show due diligence that he is being prosecuted unfairly by federal, state, and municipal courts hitting him with rock solid indictments”
