RESPONSE: Regards Insights & Intel in the Spiritual Realm of “The Law of Sin”

 

A recent request was posted on FB seeking and soliciting more details about the Depth of “The Law of Sin.” In doing so, the person who sought out more positive knowing thoughts made some statements of his understanding of the B.I.B.L.E.

 

BTW know that the Bible is required reading as it can be touted as:

B-basic

I-instructions

B-before

L-leaving

E-earth

 

After That Being Said, Here are samplings of the person’s uttered narrative statements:

 

“It proves that what is written is of man. Your Bible said, Jesus forgave a man’s sins. While he was under the Law without the sacrifice were required’ [Luke 5:20}

 

“According to the Bible, Jesus didn’t have the authority to override the Laws of Moses, which govern the sins of the Jews, which were under the Law. The Laws of Moses was yet in place without a sacrifice”

 

”This is why, according to the Bible, The Only Reason Jesus Came, were to be their blood sacrifice, which was the only way for salvation”

 

It is my cognitive spiritual free will druthers to begin this discourse response narrative utterance, to say this Truth. The Bible was written by men who were duly anointed and inspired by, God The Father, God The Son, and God The Holy Spirit-The The epitome of the Divine Trinity of the All-Mighty Triune God

 

Jesus was sent by the divine holiness of the Trinity to grasp the baton for the continuation of the work that began in the Garden-East of Eden under the initial leadership of Adam and the woman who was created from the Rib of his side to be his help-meet. Due to the fact that Adam and his helpmeet had succumbed to the least of the lessor morals of Satan-the evil cabal that deceived both Adam and Evil

 

When focus on dialog and discussion about Jesus’s  existence-it’s important to note and point out that His Life on earth as the Son of God holds no beginning. His birth through the placement in the bowel of the virgin, Mary was simply His entrance into the human race to reveal Himself. He is  the eternal Son of God-as He was already in existence-In The Beginning {John 1:1}, likewise, He is Alive! Today! Sitting at the right-hand side of the Father, and shall continue to live forever {Rev 1:18

 

The Body of Work Must Continue in The Earthly Realm unto Completion

 

The Question to Ponder: Did God sacrifice Himself to save us from Himself, Because of a rule He made Himself?

 

If such a thought is considered that God sacrificed Himself to Himself, thus it would be a grave misunderstanding of God’s Triune nature. As it would serve to conflate the Father and the Son. Since it was the Father who sent the Son for a specific reason {John 7:33} The Son was sent to accomplished the Father’s Will {John 17:4}. It was the Son who died for sinners {Roman j5:8}. The Son laid down his life as satisfaction, and as a sacrifice for sin {1 John 4:10}

 

It was God’s desire and the decision that a sacrifice would be necessary to atone for sin, for this, is not a rule that He simply made up. God’s Law is not something that God arbitrarily created; such Law was an extension of His Holy nature. You see in the Old Testament Bible God revealed Him, and through that revelation of His personal persona is what morality is all about. When He proclaimed “The Wages of sin is death” {Romans 6:23} This was not an imposition of a punishment or a new rule, but rather it was more about what He was revealing to the people, which was an unalterable, eternal reality-if you can discern a departure from the sustainer of life, then you could cut self-off from the possibility of a continued existence.

 

Therefore, those who choose to reject life only have one other option, which could be immediate death. Isaac Newton wrote the law of gravity. In his writings, Newton describes the effects and nature of gravity. However, the law of gravity preceded and transcended his description. In similar and close proximity the Bible describes the nature of sin and righteousness, and in universal laws concerning sin and righteousness, death, life, justice, and mercy precedes and transcends the writing. God’s laws flow eternally from the nature of God Himself.

 

As such, His Law is an outflowing of His Nature-the law is unchanging-remains the same firmly fixed in the Heavens {Psalm 119:89} God’s wrath is not set aside anymore that we can change our DNA. His Justice is not a guideline that He chooses to follow. His justice is part and parcel of His character

 

Righteousness and Justice is the foundational platform to His sovereign Rule of the Universe. Without Justice, without wrath, at sin-It is not of God. Death follows sin not because God says so, but because sin is rebellious against Life. It’s important for all to seek a heightened awareness of sin. Because sin is much more than thought or action that does measure up to God’s holiness and absolute perfection. In that, it opposes His Nature. Lying is wrong-not because God chose to dislike it but because God is all about ‘Truth’, and lies oppose His nature. Murder is wrong-not due to any arbitrary rule, but because God is Life and murder oppose His eternal character. We all sin and fall short of the Glory of God. When we stand before God as sinners, we shall face sure judgment: Jesus the first time came as The Messiah-the one who saves. When he returns the second time -it shall be as Judge. Know that in His great love and mercy He shall provide a way for Justice to be satisfied and salvation to be extended. Remember, God so loved the world that he gave His only Begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal Life {John 3:16}

 

Crufiction: The Cross Experience

 

On The Cross Jesus The Christ, showed perfect love, perfect justice, and perfect mercy-as He meets Sin and Justice being punished on the cross –The Son of God receiving the condemnation for all sins of the world. Therefore, it is because of the penalty of sin that was satisfied through Jesus Christ sacrifice that the Father can extend His Mercy to undeserving sinners.

 

God’s Mercy, God’s Justice were demonstrated by Jesus Christ Crucifixion at the cross. God’s justice was meted out in full and was extended in full to all who believe exercised through His Perfect Mercy and Justice.

 

In the end, be reflective that God sent His Son to save us from our sins and the evil that naturally befalls us and especially those who reject The Good. Love was compressed for all history in that lonely figure and statue of Jesus on the cross, who said that He had and posed the power that He could call down angels at any moment on a rescue mission, but He chose no to-Why? Because He First loved us, At Calvary He accepted His own unbreakable “Terms of Justice” for all of His people Amen…

It would be great to let the good things of life be the focus of your concerns as you take care to serve humanity and to require that it is a constant in life while travailing on the path of the journey. Such Spiritual Growth Attributes as the following:

• Be Aware of the steps for a healthier life-know who is the "Source" of all of our thoughts. He who is The One, that is the only Hope, the only Choice, and the only 'Source' who is He? The Lord of host, that is Strong and Mighty. 
• Know this, that the Son of God has defeated the enemy-the battle is not ours-it is the Lord's 
• Strive to Focus on the essence of your thoughts-always endeavor to go high when others go low. Because negative thoughts are unhealthy and are Not of God-they tend to lead toward the small trail of the road on the path of the journey.
• Strive to equip self to learn more...educate and enlighten via the study of the B.I.B.L.E., Required Reading,  it is: Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. Which gives and provides whatever things that are Honest, True, Pure, Lovely, and is of a good report with patience inclusive of being a  'virtue'
• Despite the evil that abounds among us in these perilous times and amidst the pandemic -The Focus must still be on The Goodness and Mercy of the Lord. Always being conscious of the feelings and emotions To Be Slow to Anger but stridently apt to embrace 'forgiveness therein lies the bestowal of the abundant blessings of the Almighty God.

DO NOT ASCRIBE TO BE ONE WAY AND DO ANOTHER

     AND THE LORD SAID, "Since people say they are mine but they do not obey me; and since their worship amounts to mere words learned by rote; therefore I will take awesome vengeance on those hypocrites and make their wisest counselors as fools" {Isaiah 29:13-14}

We are living in a time and season where the world is be-riffed with dastardly acts of inhumane treatment of other human beings. On many occasions someone is being molested, sexually assaulted, shot, maimed, or killed by law enforcement officers. Outlandsous acts of violence have become routine behavioral patterns across the landscape of America. Seemly, a state of Hypocrisy does exist. The word "hypocrite" means "play-act" to claim to be a certain person while acting like someone else.  The creator is not pleased with such behavior, especially those who claim to be His followers, i.e, such as the Pentecostals, spiritual leaders who outright embrace and supported the Big Lie of the former POTUS Donald Trump. 

There are consequences abound. "These people say they honor me, but their hearts are far away. Their worship is worthless, for they teach their man-made laws instead of those from God {Matthew 15;8}. We are aware of the notion, that we all sin and fall short of the Glory of God. Meaning, that all slip and fall to become capable of 'hypocrisy. However, there are provisions for a way back from the dark side to be a part of the marvelous light of the "Truth of God'. Such efforts for the way back require obedience, honesty, sincerity, and trust. 

Beware and Know that; whatever has been said and done in the dark shall eventually be heard in the light, and what has been whispered in the inner rooms shall be broadcast from the rooftops for all to hear. This world as we know it shall one day have its final acts and will be drawn to a close. Upon the occasion when Jesus will come back as he has promised. During the occasion of Jesus's return, God's 'wrath shall be at play. The first to receive God's wrath will be those who have been play-acting with God {Isiah 29:13-14} 

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to prevent others from misrepresenting before Jesus Christ. The only person you can help from being a hypocrite is yourself. Here are a few ways to help from becoming a hypocrite:

~First, watch your own actions closely, strive to Keep God in Front of Mind Consciousness {read 2 Corinth 13:5}

~Secondly, do not come down on other people too hard, remember the difference is if you do the right thing you shall have the dispensation of 'The Gift of Forgiveness"

~Thirdly, be quick to admit when you make a mistake-true humility is rare in our culture. But strive to embrace it. Others are drawn more closely to you when you readily admit your mistakes. and that sets up a unique and rare sense of 'trust'. It bodes well for your authenticity and you're being genuine.

The New Institutional America’s Orthodoxy: "Critical Race Theory"                                                                                                                                                                     

 

What Shall It Be; What is It; and How, Should; or What Must Be Done To Fight It?-The New Orthodoxy Theory That Is..?

 

The tried and proven ways and means of preferred Ideas for mostly all Americans has been steeply entrenched in the vision of the 1960’s Civil Rights movement led by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

 

Which was largely achieved through and with the intervention use of the pen of President Lyndon B. Johnson who sign laws into action for the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and The Voting Rights Acts of 1965? Thus all within the pursuit of the Great Society for the integrity, restoration, and the law and order right for all humanity.

 

A Word About The Critical Race Theory

 

It was borne out of an academic discipline that was formulated in the 1990s built on the premises of the framework of an identity that is linked and/or closely akin to the basis of Marxism. Which for many years were relegated to universities and obscure academic journals as it increasingly became the default ideology in public institutions? Also, some semblance of it was injected into a form of Diversity Training for:

·        Government agencies

·        Public school systems

·        Corporate Human rights dept.

 

However, it was soon dismissed and or discarded after the masters of the language gauge constructionists realize it was a hard sell. Because on its face-it did not codify with 14^th, and 15^th amendment, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, nor The Voting Rights Act of 1965, therefore, it was deemed to be rejected by the Critical Race Theorists-their thoughts were that it provides a camouflage for white supremacists, patriarchy, and oppression.

 

Christopher F. Rufo, who is the founder and director of Battlefront, a public policy research center, a graduate of Georgetown University and a former Lincoln Fellow at the Claremont Institute for the Study of Statesmanship and Political Philosophy. Mr. Rufo indicates that research shows the Marxist theory was built on political programs on the theory of class conflict. Their belief was the primary characteristics of industrialized societies were the imbalance of power between capitalists and workers. The solution to that imbalance, according to Marx, was a revolution: the workers would eventually gain consciousness of their plight, seize the moment and means for production, overthrow the capitalists, and usher in a new socialist society.

 

Futile Resistance under POTUS #45

 

Thus Far the flame of the Critical Race Theory has been fanned excessively and enormously by POTUS #45. Any attempts to halt the encroachment of Critical Race Theory have been ineffective, for these reasons:

·        The enormity of people has developed an acute fear of standing up and speaking out. Especially when it involves social, , political or  racial issues

·        Gallup the poll indicates that 77% of conservatives are afraid to share their opinions publicly. Worried about getting mob on social media, fired from their jobs, or worse, they remain quiet, largely ceding to the public debate to those pushing anti-American ideologies

·        They then becomes mono-culture: dogmatic, suspicious, and hostile to a diversity of opinions

·        Most believe that their company’s ‘equity and inclusion’ departments serve as political offices, searching for and stamping out  any dissent from the official orthodoxy

·        Secondly, Critical Race issues are like a mouse-trap, Disagreements with programs become irrefutable evidence of a dissenter’s ‘white fragility. Unconsciousness bias, or internalized white supremacy  

Mr. Rufo goes on to say that, “In terms of principles we need to employ our own moral language rather than allow ourselves to be confined by the categories of critical race theory. Diversity is important and is generally good all about being equal. However, we need to ratchet up the level of dialog and discussion in the conversation. We should be talking about the aim toward ‘excellence’, a common standard that challenges people of all backgrounds to achieve their potential. On the scale of desirable ends, ‘excellence ’beats diversity every time. Above all else, we must have courage-it’s the fundamental virtue. Courage to stand up and speak the truth; Courage to face the mob; Courage to shrug off the scorn of the elites; Courage to withstand the epithets. When enough of us overcome the fear that currently prevents so many from speaking out, the hold of Critical Race Theory will begin to slip. And Courage begets Courage. It’s easy to stop a lone dissenter, it’s much harder to stop thousands or millions or more voices who stand up together for the principles of America. Truth and Justice are on our side. If we can muster the Courage, We Will Win.”

 

The Clinton Foundation Launches New Action Network on Inclusive Economics

 

President Bill Clinton hosted the third installment of building an inclusive recovery to address racial and economic disparities. In his opening narrative utterance President Clinton said, “It’s especially important that we work to address the inequalities facing Blacks, Latinos, and Native Americans, and other historically underserved communities who have borne the brunt of health and economic consequences”

 

This action network is a collaborative partnership that will build on a model that has proven to be very effective in driving progress and responding to changing circumstances in real-time, including the 2008 financial crisis during the launch of CGI America. The Partnership commitment consists of The Rockefeller Foundation, and the United Way.

 

The Rockefeller Foundation will expand its “Opportunity Collective” to break down barriers for capital access for Blacks and Latinos-owned businesses. The project will support businesses in 12 cities. It shall provide small business coaching, technical assistance, development of small business leadership, and composite investments of $12 million dollars.

 

United Way of New York has committed to launching a “Campaign for Equity” to respond to the urgent needs of the Black Communities and other communities of color.  This campaign is valued at $50 million dollars. It plans to help the systematic disparities by catalyzing partnerships to drive resources, build capacity, promote advocacy, and create innovation hubs for diverse stakeholders to maximize impact.

 

In  the end, President Clinton said, “We firmly believe that when diverse groups of people bring resources together in the spirit of true cooperation, transformative ideas will emerge to drive life-changing action”

 

In  my opinion this kind of esper-the decor of committed efforts of like-minded groups in collaborative mode shall have a very positive and impactful outcome for effective change.  It shall go a long way toward de-escalating and getting rid of the futile resistance of the Critical Race Theory.

 

The connection to and embracing the focus toward ‘excellence’ and grasping the understanding of the power of “Courage” to stand up collectively together will speak volumes for the principles of America to effect life-changing situations  to have the best possible potential achievement levels for all humanity.

 

The focus and intent is to grasp the thought of consciousness for all Americans to dote on the motto: “Togetherness is Key, We are better when working together collective”. And in the final analysis, it would be prudent and good to foster the principle: “Do unto others as you wish for them to do unto you”.  Simply put, treat other people the same way that you wish to be treated. #MINDFULNESS #RESPECTFORSELF #RESPECTFOROTHERS as we all keep God, “In-Front-Of-Mind-Consciousness”

These census data calculations shall be in use starting in 2023. This shall have an impact on congressional elections in the gains and losses categories. The adjusted calculation numbers show that seven states will have fewer political congressional seats and six states will have more.

 

The seven states that lost one congressional seat in the house are:

·        California from 53 to 52

·        Illinois from 18 to 17

·        Michigan from 14 to 13

·        New York from 27 to 26

·        Ohio from 16 to 15

·        Pennsylvania from 18 to 17

·        West VA from  3 to 2

 

The six states that gained one or more seats are:

·        Colorado from 7 to 8

·        Florida from 27 to 28

·        Montana from 1 to 2

·        North Carolina from 13 to 14

·        Oregon from 5 to 6

·        Texas gain two seats from 36 to 38

 

The official Census Count consists of people who live in each state on the day of the census year {April 1, 2020]. It also includes all military and U.S. Government employees and their dependents  who live abroad and overseas that goes towards the respective State claimed as their US residence

 

Moreover these census calculations change the number of House Representatives seats each state shall have that will help determine the size of the delegation of the Electoral College whether it increasing or decreasing that gives the guidelines to state residents the power to pick the president of the United States

George Floyd Murder Committed by a Minnesota Police Officer Derek Chauvin- The Verdict is Reached Guilty As Charged

 

The incident took place in May 2020 in broad, full daylight in the streets of Minnesota near a convenience store. The police were summoned by the store clerk to report that Floyd had tried to pass a fake $20 dollar bill for use of the purchase.

 

Police Officer Derek Chauvin arrived on the scene took Floyd into custody, put him on the ground, handcuffed him face down-while Officer Chauvin put his knee on Floyd’s neck and knelt on it for more than nine minutes. Which resulted in the death of Floyd due to asphyxiation and/or strangulation? This is where the video showed Floyd gasping for air and calling for his mother and was noted as a despicable display of abject police brutality, excessive force, and inhumane treatment perpetrated by Officer Chauvin.

 

The video shocked the world and led to what became one of the largest Civil Rights protests across the United States ever seen in decades. The Chief of Police of Minnesota immediately fired Officer Chauvin and 3 other police officers that were involved in the murder incident of George Floyd

 

This was closely followed-up with Civil Rights protests that created an enormity of ripples of concerns, in that, charges were brought against Officer Chauvin. There were three types’ charges:

·        Second-degree murder, a death that occurs in the course of another crime, in this case, an assault on George Floyd

·        Third-degree murder, the killing of someone when acting without regard for human life but also without intent to kill

·        Second-degree manslaughter, the killing of someone with “culpable negligence”

 

This incident of George Floyd’s death struck a chord that is, and was a reflection; of being depressingly familiar in the annuals of history in the long string of deaths at the hands of police officers in the land. Yet this particular incident was also looked upon as an exceptional case. Notwithstanding the plethora of concerned and sensitive bystanders who just happen to capture videos on the sequence in its entirety.

 

Especially, the capturing of the videos showing officer Chauvin apparent calm indifferent cavalier arrogance, as he slowly squeezed the life out of George Floyd. Thus such attitude displayed by Chauvin quickly brought condemnation, not only from numerous long time critics of  police violence, and ordinary citizens-but it came from law enforcement officers of the rank and file from across the United States, which served to the detriment of Chauvin.

 

Therefore, in the aftermath of days and weeks of prosecutors and defense attorneys during the trial in a court of laws with twelve jurors- a verdict was succinctly reached after 10 hours of deliberation on this 20^th day of April 2021.

 

A particular news headline from “The Atlantic” read: Chauvin Conviction Is The Exception That Proves the Rule. The reasoning for such a headline, it is said, was due to all the preponderance of demonstrations of how difficult the efforts were at accountability remains, even though Chauvin was found guilty of all three counts of the charges.

 

Also the fact that the jurors took barely 10 hours to convict Chauvin on all three counts: Second-degree murder, Third-degree murder, and Second degree manslaughter, offering a quick and decisive verdict in what turned out to be the most watched police murder misconduct cases in many years.

 

It is touted that such speedy results announced this 20^th day of April 2021, is a sign to show how unusual the deliverance of a succinct verdict.  It is further looked upon as an indication as a verdict and victory for justice, and summarily relief for the populist, conservative, liberal politicians, political pundits, and pontificators. Moreover, the Minnesota police, and police law enforcement organization beyond Minnesota.

 

 In the ends such a trial and quick verdict was welcomed for those who had braced for unrest, if Officer Chauvin had been found Not Guilty. In another sense, the trial shed light on the probability of why the courts will remain a challenging venue to hopefully help reform law enforcement in the United States

 

President Biden said, ‘It was a murder in the full light of day, and it ripped the blinders off for the whole world to see. For so many, it feels like it took all of that for the judicial system to deliver just basic accountability”

 

Historically, speaking and being cognizant aware, murder prosecutions for police officers have been extremely ‘rare’, and among the few cases which have been tried in a court of law, those cases had not resulted in many convictions. One of the few  notable convictions in recent years was in 2019, the conviction of Mohamed Noor, another was a Minneapolis police officer, in 2017, involving the shooting death of an unarmed woman. It has noticed that Prosecutors and jurors alike have a history of giving officers broad leeway to act as they see fit in the heat of the moment.

 

However, in the George Floyd case, the prosecuting attorneys were given a very strong hand to play. Albeit, they were privy to be able to call a long succession of vital and key witnesses. Which was inclusive of experts in both medicine and policing. Also, the Chief of Police, who was Chauvin's boss-as he broke with ‘code blue’ and err on the side of common sense and the facts in regards to Chauvin not following proper procedures for the use of excessive force, in the appropriate ways. One other great impact that works in the favor of the prosecuting attorneys was the nine-year-old eyewitness who knew that Chauvin’s approach was killing George Floyd.

 

In addition, LT. Zimmerman, the dept. most senior officer and homicide unit leader described Chauvin’s actions as ‘totally unnecessary’. The prosecuting attorneys also called Firefighter Genevieve Hansen, who was at the scene while she was off duty and she tried to intervene by begging the police to check Floyd’s pulse-but to no avail she was not allowed.

 

The prosecution echoed the final narrative utterance discourse that, :” This is not anti-police prosecution-but it errs more on the side of pro-police prosecution.

 

Given such evidence of proclamation by the prosecution, Chauvin’s attorney Eric J. Nelson faced a very difficult task. Therefore, rather than try to mount a vigorous credible defense of Chauvin’s innocence. Nelson sought to muddy the water a bit by trying to convince the jurors that the other side had not proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt.

 

The three other officers that were on the scene still face charges and their trial is still yet to begin a bit later in the year.
