LEADERSHIP: Great vs Rare

This can evolve into a milestone achievement in life. The foundation usually begins with family and friends. That being said, it would be good not to strive to be a great leader, but rather to focus on striving and excelling as a 'Rare Leader'. Why so? The building and development starts with:

~Imitation- Identity-Intimacy

This approach elevates the brain to know when the fast-track needs fixing by not taking your eyes off the fast-track goal

Imitation:

Give rise to developing, and learning many fast-track skills to survive, strive, and then ultimately 'Thrive'

Identity:

To build relationships outside of the immediate community

Intimacy:

An initial approach to developing spiritual centering and balancing-Seeking God's blessings and sharing the journey which shall be critical for Christian Growth

Thus surrounding yourself with others possessing different gifts and who trust God and know certain things that you are not immediately aware of and or are not qualified to do

Know This: God does not call the qualified

-Instead, He Qualify the Call, Amen

On the lips of all who heard Sen. Booker last evening as he delivered his landmark speech. In conclusion, Sen Booker was tenacious and relentless as he stood in the same chamber where power, or so-called power stood in the person of Sen Thurmond to silence justice for We The Indigenous People. Thus Senator Booker was able to utter the re-writing and to tell the “Truth’ of the story. He simply shattered and destroyed the record set by a Jim Crow segregationist who filibustered against the Civil and  Human Rights dignity. Sen Booker was able to replace it with the standards deserving of freedom, the truth, and the dignity of Freedom and Liberation. Sen Booker reminded us of all of the matters of the Moral Compass of clarity embodied in the righteous indignation and conviction duly ascribed for Civil and Human Rights for all God’s creation.

The mental model of evaluation are psychological representation of real hypothetical, or imaginary situations according to the formal definition of probabilistic thinking. We as a people all unconsciously create models in our minds about:

~How the world works the economy works and politics works

~How other people work, How our brain works

~How our day is supposed to go and so on

The basic difference between great thinkers and ordinary thinkers is that the process of using models is unconscious and reactive for ordinary thinkers, while it is conscious and proactive for great thinkers. One of the most effective and universal mental models is the 80/20 Rule.

Considering all that may appear on a 'To Do list', what and who are the 20% that will create 80% of the results?

I would be remiss if I did not mention the module known as “The Critical Race Theory”. Indeed, it brings to the forefront profound achievements of our African Ancestors, as it points out the discrepancies, revelations, and the uncovering of the shameful denial by Slave Holders and Jim Crow plantation owners of all the promising attributes and traits stolen from our African Ancestors that came to the United States during the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade which dates back to the 1600s.

Such an approach was utilized as a big lie to denigrate, disrespect, deny, and disavow the talented achievements brought with the African ancestors from the richness of the Motherland of Africa.

If the truth be told the evidence is on full display across America in January through February during the Black History celebration of achievements from the past and present annuals of history

Ronald Reagan added a huge $74 billion. That seemed bad at the time but just wait....See how much Bush Sr. spent...
George H.W. Bush Sr. added $102 billion to the deficit
Bill Clinton reduced the deficit by $383 billion, leaving the budget a surplus when he left office, Great Job. Well Done Bill at fiscal management
George W. Bush Jr. added $1.54 trillion to the deficit a horrendous debt added due to the War on Irag
Barack Obama was able to get the deficit down to $585 billion; that is, he reduced it by $825 billion.
Donald Trump added a whopping $2.1 trillion to the deficit.
Joe Biden during his tenure had to clean up the mess left by Trump he was able to reduce the deficit by approx. $942 billion.
Remarks: It seems the GOP has always spent like crazy during their terms of office with no regard for being 'Fiscal Responsible '
The Democrats tend to do much better at being fiscally responsible i.e. President Biden had to fix enormous screw-ups caused and left by Trump. As well as Obama had to do the same that was left by Bush that was implemented with the War on Iraq.
