In conclusion, it is not a question of whether sexual activities offer certain stimulating benefits. But nevertheless, not having it will not cause any lasting harm. However, I hasten to add, it is imperative to balance life with an overall healthy lifestyle to work the body and build the mind. These types of regimental activities help to navigate, and manage ‘stress’. It is both wise and prudent to know it is a ‘key component’ To Stay Active. Because that shall surely serve to Promote Physical, Emotional, and Mental-Well-Being. Thus this ushers in taking time for reflection which is the beginning of the Mindful Thought of Consciousness to “Seek Inner Peace”
