REFLECTION AND DIGRESSION ON TRUMP’S TRIP BACK TO THE WHITE HOUSE
JUST TO TAKE A MOMENT TO RE-ITERATE SOME OF THE PROCLAMATIONS, NARRATIVE UTTERANCES & NONE-SENSICAL FIGMENTS OF TRUMP’S IMAGINATION ON HIS JOURNEY TO BECOMING PRESIDENT-ELECT FOR THE 2ND TIME
Trump, whether purposely or through some ignorance of the subject matter, in fact, put forth a spin-off of proclamations and narrative utterances...well, let’s just call it a lot of ‘malarkey’ during many of his speeches or on his “Truth Social” site. Maybe it should be referred to as the Un-Truth Social Site...Just saying...
A FEW HEADLINES:
• Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax- No Not a Hoax. During the 2016 election, the Trump campaign welcomed and cooperated with Russian interference. There are numerous and endless communications by text and in person between Trump, his campaign, and Russian provocateurs
• WITCH HUNT!, Remember that expression? This was one of Trump’s favorite utterances. The difference is the women accused of being witches were not found guilty, but Trump was in all situations.
• “I AM AN INNOUNCE MAN” is another favorite utterance. No matter the situation or the perceived crime accused regardless thereof; Trump never failed to profess his being innocent. The reality is: that 91 felonies were found by a jury of his peers for 34 counts. In addition, Trump was found civilly liable for stealing from his own charity, which was shut down by the IRS. He was found guilty of bilking “Trump University Students out of millions of dollars, and the courts ordered fines of approximately $30 million. Also found guilty of sexual assault defamation, etc
• BIGGEST CROWDS EVER, All during campaign rallies he extended bragging rights about the size of the crowds. Well let’s be honest here, as it turned out it was proven he literally lied about the crowd size, a total big lie in most cases
• RIGGED 2020 ELECTION, this is the biggest manufactured lie of all time. The recounts of all the states in question were carried out and done by a team of both Democrats and Republicans to get the count and found that they were correct. However, Trump was not convinced. He continued to spew the lie. When in fact it was proven-NO RIGGED ELECTION AT ALL...

THE VICISSITUDES OF INSIGHTS AND INTEL REGARD DEPRESSION
Depression is one of the most common feelings and emotions of a disturbed downcast of emotional ailments. It is a situation I have encountered numerous times on the journey in my personal, professional, and military sojourn, particularly during and after my tenure, as a Vietnam Veteran serving on the frontline in the Blue Coastal Waters in the Vietnam War Zone.
A key approach for me was to grasp some type of Hope and begin the search for ways to Cope. The resulting outcome was Seeking Inner Peace, which led to the connectivity of ‘meditation’. In the throes of the meditative process such discovery as noted below was quite helpful and very effective:
• Taking quality time for reflection
• To find and follow the purpose of life panoplied with faith
• To focus on a Divine Belief and Faith in the Goodness from the Power of a Higher Authority
The above-mentioned mindful thoughts of consciousness served for both balancing and centering, as they took the mind off the present situation and ushered in the state of mind of Belief, Faith, Hope of Divine intervention, and desired improvement.
Such activities of thought process brought forth the divine ability to help a great deal, rather than to lean toward my understanding. Thus
As a person of Faith, I have learned that seeking the divine power and source of a higher authority is wise and prudent.
Mental And Emotional Health Are Very Important
• Utilizing positive coping strategies to better manage ‘stress’
• Grasping the understanding of what it is you’re feeling.
• Strive to express those feelings in positive ways.
• Always get professional support as deemed appropriate.
Promote Physical, Mental Well-Being and Both Belief and Faith For Ultimately Healthiness
• Keep The Mind and Body Strong
• Work The Body and Build The Mind
• Know That “Stress’ affects your overall health-Manage Best.
“I waited patiently for the Almighty God he turned to me and heard my cry He set my feet on the Rock and gave me a firm place to stand He put a new song in my mouth and a hint of praise to our God, many will see fear and hear and put their trust in God {Psalm 40:1-3}
In conclusion, during the times when you feel depressed, it will be good to focus on and keep in front of mind consciousness the advantages of the goodness of Faith and Belief:

• Such True Friend where you will discover Ideal Hope, Trusted Choice, and The Only Divine ‘Source’ of Power of Higher Authority
• Here therein are the Glorious Miracles we can utilize through meditation and prayer, that can save us from all that ails us
