At this point, I wanna share some nutrients the body needs to consume daily, either from supplements or from food intake.
Magnesium is needed for per clinical research for the heart
Zinc for the prostate
Potassium for the muscles
Vitamin C for the skin
Vitamin A for eyes
Omega-3 Fatty Acid for cognitive brain function
B12 combo ( B1, B6 & B12 for the red blood cells
Vitamins Direct from food intake
Vitamin C, oranges, kiwi, and strawberry
' D fish & mushrooms
E walnuts, almonds & avocados
A carrots spinach & cantaloupes
B eggs, oats, beans & whole grains
B6, bananas, potatoes, avocados
B12, salmon, tuna, trout, eggs, yogurt & cereals

We shall reach 35 days next week, and then there will be only 5 days left on the fasting journey. Let's Move On Toward the finish line
