Which shall or might it be? Good-Better-or Best, Ordinary-Excellence or Extraordinary.
What shall be the levels of Traits and Attributes sought after?
The new emerging level has a key focus on "Emotional Intelligence" (EI). A unique approach that brings forth the Mindful Thoughts Of Consciousness inherent within is a high level of motivation, EI. Which err on the side of being prudent and wise, holding a capacity for core values with a unique connection to "Emotional Intelligence," such that they possess habits to train the brain to have a rare capacity for leadership Traits.
Key Word is: R. A. R, E
R, reinforcement that leads to generosity
A, attainment to serve with humility
R, retention of joy, hope, and faith
E, Embrace hardship, painful events in life, i.e., every painful event contains in itself a seed of growth, development, and liberation, due to working through roadblocks with a sense of identity that results in transformational elements of and by exposure to life experiences
Realized Outcome:
~The Efforts put forth make those under such leadership feel valued and not used
~ Feel respected and not judged
~Feel cared for and not dismissed
feel understood and not ignored
