Which shall or might it be? Good-Better-or Best, Ordinary-Excellence or Extraordinary.

What shall be the levels of Traits and Attributes sought after?

The new emerging level has a key focus on "Emotional Intelligence" (EI). A unique approach that brings forth the Mindful Thoughts Of Consciousness inherent within is a high level of motivation, EI. Which err on the side of being prudent and wise, holding a capacity for core values with a unique connection to "Emotional Intelligence," such that they possess habits to train the brain to have a rare capacity for leadership Traits.

Key Word is: R. A. R, E

R, reinforcement that leads to generosity

A, attainment to serve with humility

R, retention of joy, hope, and faith

E, Embrace hardship, painful events in life, i.e., every painful event contains in itself a seed of growth, development, and liberation, due to working through roadblocks with a sense of identity that results in transformational elements of and by exposure to life experiences

Realized Outcome:

~The Efforts put forth make those under such leadership feel valued and not used

~ Feel respected and not judged

~Feel cared for and not dismissed

feel understood and not ignored

 THE EDICTS AND KEY COMPONENTS OF GOD'S WILL

Here are some important things that are part of "God's Will" as we travel on life's daily walk on the journey. As promised, this is a follow-up to many of my followers. This narrative focuses on "Lordship." This is an open door for us as believers to embrace the 'Leadership' which God gives us to pray our way through hard decisions. Because his calling upon us leads us toward opposition to the difficulty of a closed door. But is it really,,,? Sometimes the most difficult, painful, fearful, illogical path ends up being the "Open Door". The question is..? How do we know?. One answer might be..." Peace in the midst of the Storm". When you are doing what you know to be "The Will of God". When your desire is shifted toward 'His Glory!, when your goal is to participate in 'His Kingdom'. When your impatience is swallowed up in 'Surrendering' to His Lordship. You'll begin to recognize His voice above the opinions of all others. "The Holy Spirit within you, who is continually interceding for you, according to the will of God" {John 10:4}, Amen

 A Few Key Narrative Utterances To Consider, Become Aware of, And/or Just To Know: "MUST READ"

If the sitting POTUS had only two obnoxious issues, he would never have won the presidency, first or even a second time. It was the fact that he had a Plethora of Multitudes of such issues that made him the winner. Why? Because a multitude of millions of human beings are 'toxic', therefore, it was easy for them to relate to him, in one way, form or another.

Know that it was never really about Trump himself; it was much more about the people who finally had their twisted, racist feelings brought to bear. Trump served as the catalyst to give" those people" permission to disparage and hate their fellow humans. Because he says what they are really thinking, but do not dare to speak up about it. Who knew that multitudes of millions of men of a different ethnicity felt so emasculated by women and challenged by minorities? Who knew that after years of seeming progress on race and gender, and a plethora of millions of white Americans lived in seething resentment, was waiting for a demagogue, like Trump, to arrive and legitimize their worst self, and then to channel such issues into "political power, perhaps we the people had taken too much for granted and had become too comfortable, even to get up and Go To The Polls To Vote.

Who is first in the path of the journey of my daily throes of life

He who is my anchor, my guide, my why; the family of my reasons

• Father Michael Pfleger, Chicago's most fearless Catholic priest, just "Eviscerated Donald Trump in a city Rally downtown Chicago this week: These are his narrative utterance proclamations: READ & LET THE WORDS OF FATHER PFLEGER SINK IN..
  He began by calling out Trump’s illegal and un-American threats to deploy the National Guard against his own people. His voice thundered across Daley Plaza: “Your threats to invade Chicago…to declare war on the rights and freedoms of citizens by ordering masked men in unmarked cars and kidnapping men, women, and children… WILL be challenged!”
  But what makes Father Pfleger’s firebomb so devastating is that he didn’t just resist Trump—he united the country against him. With scripture in his mouth and steel in his voice, he proclaimed: “Your insanity and intimidation will NOT intimidate us or frighten us; rather, it’s stirred up our faith and it’s a rallying call to us for together like the valley of dry bones.”
  He painted a vision that Trump’s divided America could never see: “It’s connecting Black and white, brown and yellow, Muslims, Christians, and Jews, young and old. We’re coming together as an army of faith, and we will NOT sit still, and we will not sit down. We WILL Rise up, Stand up and Speak up for the most vulnerable and those at risk.”
  And then—like a prophet staring straight at a false king—Father Pfleger brought down the hammer of history: “Just as God destroyed the golden calf of our ancestors… He destroyed the golden calf of tyranny and fascism. You may control your incompetent cabinet… You may control the pawns and weak-minded members of Congress… you may even control the spineless Supreme Court Justices, but you DO NOT control the "God we serve!”
  “The people of faith who are gathered here and rising across this country want you to know you have met your match," he added.
  Finally, in one of the most defiant rebukes ever delivered to Trump, Father Pfleger ended with the line that should be printed on every protest sign
