Lifestyle Consciousness-The Catalyst Connection To Mobility:

Where did the 10,000 steps Benchmark come from?
The origin of the 10,000 steps began during the 1960s, as a pedometer marketing concept. A Japanese company invented a pedometer called "Manpokei" which was the kick-off for 10,000 steps meter. It was created to build off the momentum from the 1964 Toyoko Olympics. Here we are 60 some years later and it is still the 'default' setting for many step counters, including one of the most popular, which is the "Fitbit" Devices.
Yes, it has proven to be true exercising does provide a rush of euphoria. The most common belief is that it's caused by a hormone known as 'Endorphins". Which is the same system that cannabis interacts with to create its 'psychoactive effects'. It is touted to be the same 'rush of euphoria' that serves to reduce 'anxiety and improves 'mood change' in the mindful thought of consciousness in the human body. In addition, recent health studies have shown that increased walking {mobility} can also clear the head and brain's 'cognitive ability'. It has been proven that 10,000 steps per day have an extraordinary positive effect on the human body. After that said, another study has revealed that you do not have to do 10,000 steps to be effective when it comes to 'mobility, a minimum of, at least, 7,500 or even 5,000 steps will also be sufficient. Of course, it shall depend on your goals, exercise pace, and general overall health expectations.
