• Pursue an intake of foods rich in Fruits, Veggies, Nuts, and Lean Protein {Fish, chicken, & Tuna and Especially Salmon}
• Also incorporate Bananas, Spinach, Brussels sprouts, Cabbage, and Brazil Nuts
• Don’t forget Minerals such as Potassium, Zinc, and Magnesium you can get from Coconut Water, not just a pill or a capsule
Hydration is a must:
• Swap those caffeinated drinks and increase your water Intake
• Drink Green Teas, Herbal Teas {decafe} and Of Course, add Coconut Water
EXERCISE IS A CORNERSTONE
