It is purported that Jack Smith the DOJ Special Counsel dropped a huge bombshell, as the Justice Department filed a recent document, which indicates a discovery regards the hidden motives Donald Trump had for smuggling and/or taking WH classified documents to his private abode at Mar-a-Lago in Florida 

This Is Supposed to be a HUGE Deal and a worst-case scenario for Trump and his legal team

This discovery bombshell document is said to have the propensity to certainly bring forth a conviction. It is not only imperative for the DOJ prosecuting team to prove that Trump broke the law-but he did, also they must also offer a coherent and compelling explanation for the reason ‘Why ’ he did it in the first place.

The Word is, that the Filing of the New Discovery Document has the wherewithal and the capability of doing just that.

The classified boxes of materials at issue in this case scenario were taken from the White House and retained at Mar-a-Lago, which is not in dispute. The real question that is in dispute is:

• How it occurred, why it occurred

• What Trump knew, and what Trump intended to do with retaining the documents, in the first place is the key issue of concern 

• All issues of the Government DOJ concerns will be revealed, proved at the trial primarily with unclassified evidence 

In a word the DOJ prosecuting team will now have an explanation for why Trump took and/or stole and hid the documents. The discovery documents will be unveiled, and explained in court near the end of the trial period, so as, not to weaken the DOJ strategy pre-maturely

In this case, Jack Smith need not prove Trump knew his claim of massive voter fraud was false, or even demonstrate that Trump broke the law in trying to overturn the election. The end is near Smith is fully loaded  full steam ahead for the trial proceedings
