 The mindful thought of consciousness to ponder, “If I neglect the ‘wellness’ of my body today, in that regard, how much will I regret such a decision in the not-too-distant future?” 


The cardiovascular is the totality of the proper operation of the ‘heart’ and adequate blood flow of vessels and veins through the human body. In a word of commonality, this is kind of similar to the car we drive, in order, that it stays in good shape and runs and operates in good mobility. It is a must to make sure the tank has enough gasoline, and electric power, and the tires are balanced with enough air to allow the car to run and drive smoothly.


Let’s digress to the human body. The aforementioned bodily functions in the first paragraph need much attention, care, and nourishment. Starting with eating the right foods, exercise, vitamins & supplements. Such lifestyle change practices shall reap the ‘outcomes’ that provide nutrition, and feed the body, which results in nourishing the mind, body, and soul.

In conclusion, always include in your daily food intake, a healthy breakfast (the best meal] also fruits, Veggies, protein, nuts, and dark chocolate, and drink plenty of water, and Green tea as well

 A Focus On the Best Decision-Making Strategies for Leaders.

 

First and foremost it’s a must to Grasp and Seize the Moment within the Here and Now. It might be both wise and prudent to pay attention to some Uncommon Habits, that will allow you to increase Trust, and a bit of Joy, that shall serve to usher in Engagement within the People you Lead and are intending to Lead in the not-to-distant future.

 

When the spotlight is on the term “lead”-the mindful school of thought is not just on people skills but more a focus on organizational skills.

 

One of the greatest lessons we can and have learned regarding difficult times of challenges, conflicts, and things considered ‘road blocks’ on the path-of-the-journey, is to ascribe to the task and consciousness of, not turning on each other, but more about turning toward one another. Such an appropriate time is to be instrumentally supportive, in the genre of being encouraging, taking the time to recognize the efforts of platitude of achievements and to just edify others. A strident observant toward those who portray, and exhibit the ultimate sense of unity, harmony, care, and concern for all others.
