• The Big Bonus: ‘It Promotes Better Sleep’
Since I have participated in, and had privy to an upfront and close VA Sleep Study, which made known to me that approximately 70 million Americans suffer from the problem of chronic sleep dis-order. The study revealed that if you’re not getting the recommended 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night, then it is imperative to consider finding ways to improve both your qualitative and quantitative amount of sleep needed each night, in order to perform and function properly and adequately
It is important to Be Aware that the culprit known as ‘Stress’ has the propensity to inhibit your ability to unwind at the end of each day, which will not allow you to have the worthwhile benefit of restful sleep nights.
SOUGHT AFTER ROUTINE & FOCUS ON LIFESTYLE CHANGE TOWARD FINDING THOSE WAYS
Careful mindful thoughts toward seeking & finding ways to reduce your ‘stress’ at night, which can serve to improve your sleep quality. A certain consideration might be the discovery of such nighttime stress-relievers that you can easily incorporate into your nightly routine, such as:
• To Do some Yoga exercise routines
• Take to the action of doing a series of deep breathing exercises
• Also to take a warm aromatherapy bath {Epsom salt, Aloe Vera, Lavender & Vanilla and/or Refresh hydrating body wash}
In conclusion, Remember He is our only Choice, our only Hope, and He is our only ‘Source’ Ask and Seek, in His name and you shall surely Find His Provisions, His Protection, and the Faithfulness Forth Coming for your life. Bishop Steve Braxton, sbrax57@gmail.com
