BEING THANKFUL-WITH A FOCUS ON THANKFULNESS
IS A MINDFUL THOUGHT OF CONSCIOUSNESS
IT IS A PREEMINENT STATE OF AN ULTIMATE MINDSET
WHEN WE GIVE THANKS-GOD GIVES US AS HUMANS MORE TO BE THANKFUL FOR
AND WHEN WE THANK GOD-WE ACKNOWLEDGE & REVERENCE HIM
~FOR WHO HE IS, AS WELL AS, FOR WHAT HE DOES, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO
WE SHOULD BE THANKFUL TO OTHERS SUCH AS FAMILY & FRIENDS
~AND FOR THE SOVEREIGNTY AND POWER OF AUTHORITY
WHAT DOES THE BIBLICAL CONNOTATION & REVELATION SAY ABOUT BEING THANKFUL-THANKFULNESS & GRATITUDE?
Mat 25:40, Verily I say unto you, inasmuch, as you have done it to one of the least of these, you have done it to me”
1 Thess 5:16-18, Be Joyful always, never cease praying, No matter what happens; Keep Thanking God, In The Name of Jesus, This is exactly what God wants us to do”
Being A “Thankful Person’, means that one is aware of:
• God’s work in the World
• His work in the Church and the Family
• And IN Our Own Life-As We Express Gratitude & Appreciation to HIM
MAKING A BETTER INFORMED DECISION REGARDING THE UNDERSTANDING OF “THANKFULNESS & GRATITUDE”
THANKFULNESS IS MORE DIRECT THAN GRATITUDE IT GIVES YOU A SPECIAL FEELING ABOUT SOMEONE WHO HAS:
• HELPED YOU WITH A WORK PROJECT
• A FAMILY MEMBER WHO MAY HAVE GIVEN YOU A NICE GIFT FOR XMAS
• OR A FRIEND WHO LISTENED TO YOU ABOUT VENTING YOUR WORRIES ABOUT OBSTACLES AND CHALLENGES IN LIFE
• IT IS BOTH PRUDENT AND WISE TO ALWAYS BE THANKFUL WHEN OTHERS GO OUT OF THERE TO:
• GIVE YOU A BREAK AND GENERALLY MAKE LIFE EASIER FOR YOU, ME THUS ‘US’
WHEN WE PRACTICE THE BENEFITS OF “GRATITUDE”
• IT GIVES GREATER LIFE SATISFACTION
• IMPROVES HEALTH-IMPROVES RELATIONSHIPS
• EHHNACES PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL & MENTAL WELL-BEING
• KEEPS THE MIND AND BODY STRONG
• IT HELPS TO UTILIZE POSITIVE COPING STRATEGIES TO BETTER DEAL WITH STRESS-WHICH CAN BE A KILLER WHEN NOT MANAGED EFFECTIVELY
• IT HELPS TO BETTER SEEK & DISCOVER “INNER PEACE”
• ALLOWS ONE TO BE GENTLE, EXPRESS KINDNESS AND EMBRACE FORGIVENESS, LIVE VALUES, AND PROMOTE PEACE
