It goes without saying, that the body does need nutrients from food to get a good restful night's sleep and function properly, in order to feel good. This allows us as a people; to be emotionally balanced, Promote, Physical and Mental Well-Being To Be and Stay Healthy.

• Digestion is one of the most energy-intensive functions the body has to perform--which just does not happen automatically.
• We must diligently practice the action of specific and proper digestion functions without fail. Specific food groups such as grain, protein, green leafy vegetables, and vegetables in general. This helps to absorb the nutrients within it. This serves to bridge the gap between nutrient deficiencies and detoxification back-up
• The body needs a proper breakdown of food created from proper absorption of nutrients, which is achieved under the right conditions, including, having enough digestive resources, as enzymes, and gut balancing supplements
The body encounters a variety of Symptoms such as:

The wisdom here is, that eating this way getting the essential nutrients in the gut causes an inflammatory response as it put a strain on the immune system. Medical Research has shown that even those who eat healthier and lead an active lifestyle aren’t always getting fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats of the daily recommendation of daily nutritional intake.
Other Irritants To Be Aware of in The Environment that Can Be A Detriment to The Body Parts:
Household Cleansers/Detergents/Excessive Perfumes
Automotive Exhaust/
Indoor Dust/Mold and Cleansing Substances
When such Aggravators in-take through breathing into the body, and in the bloodstream within 20 seconds can cause detriment to the body organs such as:
