The Benefits of Apricot; Fruit and Juice:
~Apricot contains vitamin A;-that provides an adequate amount of help to the eyes. There exist two types of vitamin A, preformed, found in meats, poultry, and dairy products, and the other is type is a provitamin, which is in the Apricot fruit & juice. Also found in Veggies and Plant-Based foods.
