Addendum for Daniel fast Lifestyle Change Jan 1,-Feb 10, 2019

Behavioral Modification
-mood shifts & changes

Symptoms: Feeling and emotions of, i.e.:
·        Sadness
·        Feeling out of sorts
·        Edgy
·        Stress {full} {fullness]
·        Anxiety
·        Depress unto pangs of depression

Process & methodology:
1.  Meditate
2.  Read narrative that shall bring forth, peacefulness, calmness, contentment &ease and comfort within
3.  Such as poetic stanza, focus on and read specific biblical passage, good start book of Psalms [23 Psalms all verse,
4.  The book of Proverbs, Ecclesiastics etc
 Prayer:
Usher in the peace of The Lord
Thru the traits, nature, legacy, power and priority of prayer
In the end-To understand, and comprehend “The Ultimate Purpose of Prayer.

MY Testimony narrative:
Personal encounter; First hand experience; during certain and  specific  times on my daily secular and spiritual walk of life

Experiencing all the above noted Feelings and emotions {2-day duration} especially during late evening and late into the night

I employed, engaged in, and practice all of the noted process & methodology noted above. However, nothing seem to kick in or make manifest

So I continued to preserve and arduously labored; restlessly, tossing & turning-all the while communing and talking with The Almighty-thru the night without ceasing….faithfully
~keep him front of mind consciousness
~Practicing his presence
~Even at time questioning why had not received any relief from the anxiety and depress feelings seemly, could not shake off
~Nevertheless I was steadfast in my pursuance of relief while staying in touch The Creator Whom I revere as The All Mighty God of the Universe.

BY now,  being somewhat intense in the anticipating and Expectancy …Mode & Genre

Suddenly, a thought drop in my spirit…to
~Breathe…, Relax… Then Identify, Reach out & Grasp what I Know {w/the help of God} to be understanding of the state of Calmness…
~Then begin to meditate-seizing the moment to hear soothing music in my ear sending nuisances to the brain
~To Allow the Mind & Body to Re-connect
~Letting the working of the Body Build my mind
~Suddenly “Stress” subsided-Still be conscious of the soothing music in my ear with the connection to the brain
~The body and the mind working together began the healing process and ushered in The Relief of:
~Feelings-of-being-out-sorts
~Feelings of anxiety slipped away
~The pangs of feeling depressed ceased to be…
~A realization of the connection of meditation, prayer and soothing music

I PRAISE THE LORD!!!for the traits to Cope and for ‘The Recognition’ of his intervention. As I reflect on Apostle Paul who had a thorn in his side, and as he pleaded to the Lord to remove it, And God answer to him was, “My Grace Is Sufficient!”
·        Yes, that Insights & Spiritual Intel is Real!
·        Thanking him for Coping strategies to deal with anxiety, & Feelings out of sorts
·        For allowing me to have the ‘recognition to:;Practicing His Presence’
·        For giving me impetus to take care of this bodily temple he created for me
·        To Understand and comprehend-being healthy & a good Lifestyle feeds the whole person’s Mind, body and soul

IN the end: To Seek Inner Peace
·        Take time for reflection
·        Find and follow life’s purpose
·        Lives the Core Values of your dreams
·        Be The Message that you Bring, i.e. As you Promote Peace; it shall bring inner peace to another…

Bonus: While engaged in an adequate exercise routine-The more muscle mass the body the have-the more fat the body burn-while in resting mode.
