 Nutritional Tips On Optimal Food Intake

What we eat is very important
That being said, there is not a prescription that easily fits everyone.
However, it is important to be more selective about the food intake you put in the body.
Regarding Fruit:
Avoid those with high fructose or sorbitol levels. Here are some of the best without those levels:
~Bananas-Oranges, Berries, and Cantaloupes
Regarding Veggies:-The ones that don't cause bloat or gas
~Kale, Spinach-Swiss Chard-or dark green leafy veggies[i.e. collards, mustard}
Regarding Beans:
~Pinto, Black Eye Peas, Red Beans Make you soak them B 4 cooking
~Tofu-Quinoa is good and won't cause much bloat
Drinks: Water is Top of the list.
Tea is good: Ginger-Green and chamomile for healthy digestion
