The thread that runs through the fabric of DEI is the genuine product of wisdom, knowledge, and ultimate understanding. I would be remiss if I did not mention the module known as “The Critical Race Theory”. Indeed, it brings to the forefront profound achievements of our African Ancestors, as it points out the discrepancies, revelations, and the uncovering of the shameful denial by Slave Holders and Jim Crow plantation owners of all the promising attributes and traits stolen from our African Ancestors that came to the United States during the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade which dates back to the 1600s.

Such an approach was utilized as a big lie to denigrate, disrespect, deny, and disavow the talented achievements brought with the African ancestors from the richness of the Motherland of Africa.

If the truth be told the evidence is on full display across America in January through February during the Black History celebration of achievements from the past and present annuals of history

The preeminent value of achievements being brought forth by DEI was, and still is, the door simply being opened for full flourish and display of attributes and tracts as a benefit to business corporate communities across the United States. That being said, the majority of corporate business communities have mentioned that DEI has created the stability, temperament, and template for Equity opportunities, that are thrice prevalent, front and center.
