FOCUS: The Style Of Impactful Leadership

An enormous number of us who are considered to be impactful leaders have been around the horn a few times. Which should have been fortunate enough to accomplish a few above-average things.

However, it seems what has been woefully missing is the portrayal of any serious display of Empathy and Compassion. Such adherence shall bode well toward the advent of leaving a legacy for others to point toward as a testament that can be viewed in a positive manner

After that being said, it should be a legacy that is known to be viewed as genuine and not measured by awards and wealth. It would be prudent to err on the side of genuine mindful thought of consciousness, i.e.

~How many people who were hurt have been healed

~How many lives have been helped and restored

~What level of faith was portrayed with authentic action of empathy and compassion

It is very important to note and to be aware that greatness is not defined and/or should not be measured by levels of fame and fortune. But should be more about exhibiting selflessness, portrayed by reaching out to help others.
